Charlie Bears are a great company who produce high quality collectible teddy bears. They treat their collectors as a bear family and really make the purchasing experience the best it could possibly be. If you phone the company the customer assistants aka as Bear Cubs are friendly and efficient and handle any queries you have quickly (bear collectors can be a anxious lot especially at the release of a new limited addition most have bear)
The company also facilitates 2 Facebook groups so the collecting community can interact with each other and keep up with all the Charlie Bear news. All in all a brilliant company that produce quality products and conduct themselves in a professional manner and listen to their costumers

Amazing bears and amazing store I’ve bought so many bears and love them all never had a problem and now have a big collection been on waiting list for bears and get contacted and get chance to buy my most wanted bears love them so much and there is always room for one more bear

Charlie Bears are a very experienced toy company and have been producing collector bears for nearly 20 years now - I became a collector around 3 years ago and I can safely say their bears have never disappointed me, the quality of the fur and fabrics are amazing and they all have their own unique features and personalities! If you are not a CB collector already, I highly recommend that you start and build your own bear hug but a word of warning - you might not be able to stop!

Charlie bears are an amazing company . I’ve been collecting these bears for over 25 years I’m now 50 and purchased my first bear in my 20s . They have always been amazing quality well made and each bear has its own personality and expression . They are expensive but you get what you pay for . They are a joy to collect and always come well packaged with their recipe card . The best friends membership is amazing you get first look at bears free pin badge and £10 off a bear when itself only costs £15 to join for the year . You also get to purchase exclusive bears which are not available to everyone . I’ve always felt the bearhouse a pleasure to deal with and the staff are always friendly and helpful . In all businesses there’s the rare hiccup but they always apologise and sort it without an issue . Love these bears so much they help with my mental health issues when I’m collecting them

I have been a member with Charlie Bears since 2016 and each year I have renewed that membership based on the fact that this family run business does their very best each year to enhance their product. Whilst I do agree that SOME of the bear quality has decreased, I must stress that this does not apply to every bear and am inclined to say that the more affordable plush bears have actually gone up in quality, whilst I can admit that the mohair bears seem to be turning up a little more sparse on the ODD occasion these days. Price points do grow year on year with this company and I do honestly feel that some collectors have been priced out in recent years due to this. When a mohair bear used to be priced at £200, we are now sometimes paying £450+ and not all collectors can sustain this which is completely understandable. Whilst price will always be a big factor, if their weren’t so many bears being released too closely together, I think collectors would have the time to save for them. My only reason for a 4* review and not a 5* is because I do feel that both Charlie & Will have taken a big step back from the limelight in the last couple of years with far less appearances on QVC, Cuddle Time and Launch Shows. Whilst I fully understand that they have a bigger team now and most likely more things to do in the background, I can’t help but feel when buying a product you also buy the person. Without Charlie & Will, somehow the magic fades in their shows and some of the people that they have chosen to replace them onscreen, are not always as enthusiastic and can be a little patronising. The membership itself has hugely improved and now you get a lot more for your money than you once did with far more opportunity to buy the bears that you want. Packaging is another subject that comes up quite often but this has recently been rectified and the new boxes are beautifully designed and sturdier. Overall, this is a wonderful business who genuinely cares about its customers but I strongly feel that when Charlie & Will aren’t around, their sales probably don’t do so well.

I would also like to make a suggestion for a signing event to take place at some stage in the future. I know these used to happen but

Excellent company ordered My bear, got my confirmation email, then 40 minutes later, got my email to say it had been dispatched and sn email ftom the carrier to say delivery time snd date my beautiful bear arrived the next day well packed in a sturdy box, well made and reasonable price

I got my Charlie bear within 2 days .She came in her own special box which I also love.Packaged really well and my little Parade Duck is beautiful well made and so unique.I recommend anyone that collects bears ,to take a look at Charlie Bears

Absolutely love charlie bears and their company! Everytime I order from the website it's a quick and simple service and the bears always arrive high quality. I've been apart of the best friend club for the last 7 years and I always enjoy renewing my membership and seeing the exclusive bears.
Also visited the charlie bears bearhouse last July and I absolutely loved every moment of it it's really something special and I will definitely be re visiting this year.
Charlie bears as a company is special and very unique you can get a bear in any shape any size and whatever colours you are wanting they have huge range of different styles and not only bears I love the variety they give you in their collections so exciting choosing which ones to get.

I’ve purchased several Charlie bears from Charlie bears direct and they’ve all been very well made, beautiful bears. Delivery is very fast, next day in one case. They’re packaged in pretty boxes which would be brilliant for presents. Will be purchasing more in the future, would definitely recommend

The bear cub team are always extremely helpful and take the time to chat. The choices of bears are brilliant I now have around 62 bears they are all amazing quality. Great communication and fast delivery even at their busiest time ( membership renewal). Bears and membership pack arrived within four days of ordering and my order was updated and email received each time my order status changed. Bears arrived in sturdy packaging and were beautiful as always.

Great company and fabulous Bears

I have been actively collecting Charlie Bears for more than a few years now. I have always found shipping to be very fast, and they make beautiful quality bears. They have become more and more popular over the last few years, and so there may not always be enough of the more popular limited edition bears to go around. But if they ever need to cancel an order, they do give refunds to people. I don’t think cancellations happen most of the time, and I personally haven’t had one canceled. They aren’t scammers and have never been known to be. I trust this company and support them.

I have purchased multiple bears from here for myself and now my 2 daughters. The quality is amazing and we have also been lucky enough to visit the bear house in Launceston a few times which is a lovely experience made even better by the welcoming and very knowledgeable staff!
