I adore charlie bears, I have collected them for a couple of years now. I love that the creators of charlie bears are very much involved with all of their customers and the passion that they have for the bears is lovely to see. I do not know of another company who have this much enthusiasm and love for their product. The quality of these bears is superb. You can see how much love and attention to detail that goes into every bear. The fact they they are hand made makes each of them unique. I will always remember getting my first bear and the weight and quality of the bear was breathtaking. The stock photos do not do these beautiful bears justice.
The company have always gone above and beyond to help me. I needed a new tag for one of my bears and the company sent me a new one out straightaway free of charge. Superb company.

I’ve been collecting Charlie Bears from the very beginning..
I prefer the older bears if I’m honest but
Charlie and Will go above and beyond to listen to their customers and have this year produced some bears much like the older style.
They really do listen and try to produce styles of bears to suit everyone.
The quality of their bears are second to none but as will all hand made bears there will be faults along the way and Charlie and Will always do everything possible to rectify this.
I love the Cuddle time shows and little competitions, I don’t know any other bear company that are so involved with their customers quite like Charlie and Will..
Continue the great work guys and I’ll look forward to receiving this years pre orders.

I have had Charlie Bears for 5 years, now and they only keep getting better! The artistry of design is exquisite, as is the workmanship. These beautiful and cuddly creatures are wonderful!

I have been a collector of Charlie bears for 15yrs and a BF member for 10yrs their service and quality of bears are amazing, this is truly a company that loves to hear feedback from their customers and cares about their customers likes and dislikes. As a collector it is great to be asked what you want to see more or less of to be able to put forward names ideas for different bears, the bf membership is great value for money as you get a £10 voucher and discounts on secret cupboard bears and early sneaky peaks at the collection.
On the occasions I have phoned or emailed the bear house they have always been friendly, helpful and assisted to the best of their abilities and this has always made me feel like a valued customer. Bears have always arrived snuggled up cosy in boxes suitably sized with a panel to hold bear in place for the journey.
The quality of the workmanship of these bears always astounds me. I love to spot the differences between my twin bears as no 2 bears are the same, if you're wanting a bear that is identical to the one next to it then Charlie bears aren't for you! just means more for me 😁
Charlie and Will are the founders of a community of bear lovers and have bought many people together through their beautiful collections they continue to involve themselves in the community they made on TV and through cuddle time and even social media Facebook and Instagram. What other company would make this sort of effort to be involved with their customers?

Great Company to deal with! I’ve had various Charlie Bears over the last few years and they are all fabulous in different ways, but my favourite range is the Bearhouse bears who are even more cuddleable in my view because they are not jointed. Just perfect!

Hi all, I can’t recommend Charlie Bears highly enough. I have been collecting for over six years now and have bought dozens of items from them. I have only in that time had one small problem which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The Charlie Bears team bend over backwards to help you, and to make sure you’re happy.

I have bought many bears from Charlie Bears over the last 18 years and have never had any issues. Fantastic quality bears and irresistible to all their bear collectors. Charlie, Will and the team really care about the quality of their products and about about the satisfaction of their customers all around the world.

Well made bears, company started by a British couple. The couple take so much pride in the design and construction of the bears. I've only been buying their products for a few years but of all the collectibles I've ever purchased, this company has the best. The customer service is beyond exceptional too.

I love the variety of animals that Charlie and Will choose to make, they've basically made all kinds of animals rather than just sticking with bears.

I also adore the amazing craftsmanship of each and every charlie bear, some bears that they've made are absolutely stunning 😍

Also, at the actual Bearhouse, the staff are very kind and helpful and they're always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it's information about their charlie bears or helping you decide if a bear is right for you. An example of this was when I last visited the Bearhouse, you see I was looking for a particular bear named Thimblebeary but when I got there, he wasn't there BUT instead there was Nannybeary, a very small adorable green charlie bear and I decided to buy her, the woman behind the desk at time told me all about Nannybeary including what year she was made and what materials she was made from, anyway we didn't want to purchase our bears just yet so the lady set them aside for us whilst me and my family were looking around the Bearhouse and when we finished looking around, our bears were still there!

I seriously adore charlie bears and the company itself!

I’ve been a collector for a number of years, and while I love the bears, the quality, the excitement of the new collections, and the overall community, I do feel very silenced within the main groups. You can’t post an honest opinion without it getting removed, or without other people ganging up on you, calling you ‘nasty’ etc.

And then to be asked by the company founders to come here and leave ‘honest’ reviews to ‘balance out’ the bad ones, and then claim those bad reviews are not genuine?? That doesn’t feel right, I’m sorry. You can’t claim a negative review is not genuine just because you’ve never heard of the person or their complaints. Maybe you’ve never heard of them because you ignore and remove people’s comments when they try to make themselves heard? Maybe they come here instead because you can’t delete their comments here.

I understand wanting balanced reviews, but you don’t even allow that in your own groups!! You only want the positive! Trying to silence people here as well is very controlling!!

I feel I can’t take part in the community anymore, out of fear I’ll say the slightest thing wrong and be removed/banned/ganged up on. I love my bears and can’t bring myself to part with them, and I can’t help but love the new collections too, but I don’t really want to support Charlie Bears anymore after the way I, and many others have been treated. It’s a struggle to love the product when the company itself lets you down.

I am a relatively new collector to Charlie Bears and have consistently been blown away by the quality, the service and the love shown to the members and collectors by Charlie and William Morris (the owners). The bears are nothing short of amazing and my experience has been lovely with the Charlie Bears Company. Amazing Bears and company!

Been a Charlie bear collector for 5 years now, absolutely adore the company, the bears and the incredible community, unfortunately bears have gone up in price, however it’s something that has happened all over the country, not just bears. Milk has gone up in price, fuel has gone up in price, materials to create bears has gone up in price. So understandably CB has put their bears up in price, however the quality remains the same. I’m visiting the bear house on my birthday!! And couldn’t be more excited. This special community is something my mum was apart of, and after losing her to covid, a small price increase certainly isn’t going to put me off of something that keeps me close to my late mum.

I have been collecting bears for over 40 years and collecting Charlie Bears since 2008. I have in excess of 500 Charlie bears in my collection - some dating from 2007 right up to May 2023. The staff at Charlie Bears are always extremely helpful and if you have an issue ( as with any company) if you contact the Bearhouse it will be resolved. Highly recommended- I will certainly continue to collect the stunning creations they produce.

Fantastic quality bears from a fantastic company. All the bears purchased over the last 5 years have been of the highest quality. Dispatch and delivery are very quick, usually received within a couple of days.

I recently bought 2 of Patryck from the UK bearhouse. While the shipping was quite expensive over 40 pounds where my normal shipping cost for an order that size would be more around 20 pounds from other companies. I will say they they were packaged very well, boxes were sturdy and well sealed and they were delivered very quickly less than a week and I'm in the US. I was actually very surprised on how quickly they were delivered and the company delivering them DHL was great also with lots of updates and letting me know that they were delivered. I would buy from again but only peices that I can only get there as I do prefer to support my local stockist as I get to choose a face. Plus the shipping was just very high shipping to the US.

Found during the pandemic and am totally hooked! These bears are incredible! They're handmade from excellent selections of fabric with incredible designs and charming quirky names. Being handmade each face can be unique, so sometimes you see bears with sour expressions but that's natural. Another issue as a collector is these bears are SO beloved and SO sought after that getting all you want can be tricky, but that's at no fault in the product or brand itself, if anything it's a ringing endorsement. Another reality of being a collector is patience. Swaths of handmade bears simply do not instantaneously materialize, but if you're actually serious about the bear you want and you actually wait patiently for your preorder they always arrive to your country EVENTUALLY. Could be months could be a year and a half but they will come. If that's an issue for you than just buy whatever is in stock only, you may not be able to grab your fav of the collection that way but there's always something great to be found.
