I love these characters which are designed with collectors in mind. They are creative and highly sought after.

I have been a collector for over 10 years, with over 150 bears, a balance between plush, mohair and signature. I think the bears have a personality and they bring me a lot of joy generally.
However this year I will not be renewing my membership, unfortunately they have just become too expensive, my 2 most favourite bears in the recent catalogue are $855 each and sorry but even I cannot justify that price for a bear. I would get divorced if I brought one of those home! So rather than long for something I cannot afford I choose not to renew or add anything further to my collection but save my angst and just enjoy what I have.
The other issue apart from out of reach pricing was to do with feedback on the membership pages which I felt was ignored. I believe Charlie and Will are the face of the company and as such when they bring in others to host the shows it takes away some of the magic. Charlie is amazing at showing her love for the bears and I find people like Rosa just annoying and want to tune out. There was a cuddle time where a lot of people voiced their concerns over the show and all comments were removed, including mine. I am sure the bear cubs are lovely people but they are not the face of Charlie Bears and it was really disappointing getting up at 6am Australia time to watch that.
I will not sell my bears as I love them dearly but I will not be purchasing any more, the stock levels to Australia seem to be very unbalanced and the difficulty to try and get a best friends bear just isn't worth it anymore.

Charlie Bears are an amazing company, they make bears that are like no others, full of personality.
Customer service is excellent and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Agree with others negative reviews, except if i could give zero stars i would.
totally acult like experience with cliquey favouritism, the company doesn't offer solutions to problems and silences you should you raise them in the customer paid for membership group page. Total fascists.
Expensive Asian made tat now, with poor quality control.
Not to mention so many customers whom have had to wait over 12 months for bears, and some still waiting.
Company just not worth your time or money.

I have a collection I started in 2021, and Charlie Bears bring me joy every time I visit their website and interact with their social media. They are based in the UK, but these bears have universal appeal. Each bear is a quality cuddly part of my life, and I see myself bringing more into my home in the future.

I have been collecting Charlie bears for over 10 years. Excellent, unique bears with a variety of styles to please all collectors. A range of prices allow collectors of different budgets. I've ordered many bears directly from them and delivery had always been prompt, good value and great communication. Highly recommend Charlie bears.

They are quick to answer an email if there is a question or problem,they make a quality product,and it is very well packaged.

Bought parade the duck what an excellent purchase got over 200 of there bears and never had a bad experience or item a great company to trade with & look forward to adding more to my collection

Love every bear i buy from here a choice of payments kept updated as always posted quickly , the Bear always arrives on time or as expected Thank you so much great service highly recommended.

The Charlie Bears brand has become a cult. Any honest expression or harmless difference of opinion is deleted. I used to love your bears, but the Facebook group cult status put a stop to my collecting a while back. Many will follow suit. #CultyBearsltd

UPDATE: Interesting how one HALF of the duo of owners ACTUALLY asked his cult followers to leave lots of good reviews on here to drown out the negative ones posted of free "Will". Absolutely disgusting, and I "Will", of course, spread the word.

My choice for anonymity is because the cult at Charlie Bears tend to bully individuals with an opinion different to theirs.

Sellin all my bears to purge myself of all the company stands for. Shame.

I have bought from Charlie Bears for 7-8 years now. Quality of the Bears etc is 2nd to none - customer service Is brilliant. The extras such as Cuddle Time and being part of the Facebook groups just adds to the overall experience. It’s like a big happy family. If looking to start or grow a collection I’d definitely recommend anyone to CB’s

I have been collecting Charlie Bears for over a decade now, and have to say this is a truly amazing company.
I honestly don't know any other directors who take the time to listen to their customers, and get to know them so well.

I used to collect Charlie bears all the time but the prices are far too high and the quality control is non existent for the price you pay. I’d rather support genuine bear artists these days than line this companies pockets.

Excellent company with the highest quality. Been a customer for about 15 years and visited the UK bearhouse twice. The staff are amazing and can't do enough to help . Recommend a visit

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They helped me with my query regarding my membership so I could receive my discount in store.
I was able to choose the Bear that chose me and that made my day. And then I visited the Bearhouse Museum which was totally amazing I felt like a child in a sweet shop.
I would like to thank Everyone at Charlie Bears Bearhouse in Launceston and after many chats on the phone regarding orders, it was fantastic to meet Everyone in person.

I have collected Charlie Bears for a few years now and I love them. The bears cubs at their head office are so very helpful and all the bears are such good quality. I have made friends through my love of them and I have been lucky enough to visit their musem/head office and I had such a great day out.

I absolutely love Charlie Bears there service is brilliant you can ask them questions and they always reply if your unsure of something first they ship the item out quickly and your kept upto date about your item every step of the way. So much so I've booked to go to Cornwall and visit the gallery in july. Both Charlie and Will are so lovely and truly care about there customers. My nan bought me my very first one before she passed away so I have something so very special to remind me of her and hold when I'm needing that Extra special hug. Charlie Bears are the best. Every time I have ordered from them I have always received my bear perfectly packaged and they have been delivered very quickly.
