Secondary card
Third time lucky…..I had issues registering a secondary card until I spoke to Hugo. I have to say he was courteous and honestly went the extra mile to ensure it was all set up. He remained with us until we were “up and running” and the secondary card was fully activated and registered.

Caxton card is easy and safe to use
Quick and easy to load with currency. I've had a card for several years and never had a problem using it abroad.

Very disappointed with claxton on their ability to be able to solve problems when there is one time unfortunately unable to use my account which I have put a substantial amount of money away from my holiday when trying to pay for hotels I am now locked out of that account because of verification which they are not allowing me to do and cannot correct when you phone customer help you go to an overflow line with people who have no access to accounts no ability to help you to get to the bottom of what's going wrong all they can do is give an email and Eva email you to have your account closed or email for assistance to the same person you were trying to call if this is the level of customer service that claxton is now putting forward I have no option but to close my account.

Call answered very quickly, put through to relevant department snd issue sorted within minutes, trying to add card to my wallet my phone number was missing from account all sorted very quickly and person helping was friendly and helpful

I needed to change my address and it only took a couple of minutes on the phone to sort it. Having had to go round in circles with some other companies to do the same thing, it was a great experience.

A very positive experience !
I phoned to find out why 2 transactions I attempted to make last week were declined and to seek advice regarding my card which was partly “worn”, so that the numbers were difficult to read. I spoke with Keshawn who dealt efficiently with the issues. He cleared up the matter of the two transactions and ordered me a replacement card. He explained everything clearly and was very personable. He was polite, engaging, efficient and easy to understand. It was nice to deal with a human being rather than with an automated system or an automaton reading from a script. Having dealt with Keshawn, I came away with a very positive view of Caxton. Thank you !

I needed to change my email address
I needed to change my email address. I phoned them and it was actioned immediately subject to the security checks as I would have wanted. I later received an email asking me to verify the new email address again for security reasons. The whole process was very smooth and rigorously security verified along the way. I am very happy and confident about everything.
