Been with Caxton for a considerable time, using my card for holidays abroad.
Recently had an unknown transaction on my account, so phoned Caxton straight away.
Spoke to an adviser named Keshawn who was very professional, helpful and most of all patient. He guided me through the process of lodging a fraud complaint, helping me to fill in the form. He informed me that my card would be cancelled with a new one being ordered immediately.
I was told it could take upto 45days to process my dispute.
To my surprise, the next day I had an email from Hannah to inform me that my dispute was successful, my account would be reimbursed immediately.
Wow what a service!
Many thanks to the staff at Caxton in making my fraudulent journey less stressful than it could have been.

I lost my card whilst returning from holiday - the card had been so easy to use and top-up without burdensome security and I use it a lot. The phone team answered swiftly and referred me to make email contact - which i did and the card was cancelled and a replacement ordered in no time at all. Thanks so much guys!

In this day and age its unusual for telephone transactions of any kind not to take an age to connect and to get a solution at the first time of asking.

The person I dealt with was most helpful. I had previously had problems getting a new currency card because I now reside in Australia. The problems went away this time.

I was having a problem redeeming my US dollars back to sterling on both the app and online. I was frustrated so called the UK support team number. Marfe was my support agent and she had an easy going customer- focussed manner but more importantly excellent product and systems knowledge too!! Marfe was able to remove the systems error and then kept on the line to help talk me through the process of switching some of my US dollars to Euros and redeeming the remaining US dollars back to Sterling. This will be very helpful to me in the future. Marfe also updated me on the Caxton card improved functionality (10 years ago the card could only hold one currency at a time) such as being able to hold up to 15 different currencies on the card at one time. Marfe also explained the card renewal process and the notification that will appear on my online account in August this year with the ability to choose to renew early. I think Marfe is amazing and a fantastic ambassador for Caxton. Well done!!
