Ich hatte meine Bestellung Anfang August (03.08.) abgegeben und bis heute (23.08.) keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten, ob meine Ware rausgegangen ist oder nicht. Der Betrag wurde allerdings schon von meinem Konto abgezogen. Ich hab am 20.08. eine Email an das Unternehmen geschickt und warte seither auf eine Antwort. Ich möchte meine T-Shirts oder mein Geld zurück!

Extremely Unreliable – Order Never Shipped
I placed an order weeks ago and despite multiple emails, I have never received the product. The company repeatedly ignored my messages, gave vague excuses, and then went silent.
They offer apologies and promises but never deliver. Communication is poor, customer service is dismissive, and deadlines are constantly missed.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. Buyers should be very cautious when dealing with this company.

SCAMMY COMPANY, order never shipped!!!
Ordered and then NOTHING for 10 days.
No mail to notify shipping, nothing at all.
I contact their customer service. They reply that they can't estimate a shipping date!
Almost a month went by just emailing back and forth with customer support, and absolutely no info was shared on shipping.
This is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Don’t buy from them. I’m convinced now it’s a scam and the positive reviews are bots.
Made the order back in July, said 4-5 business days for delivery. Tracking number says it hasn’t even been shipped yet, and no one replies emails of course.

The pattern is really nice and creative but the fabric is really bad, it’s not a good quality. Disappointed for the bad quality of the fabric, paid almost 40€ for a very bad fabric which changed after washing

This was my third catharsis order. I love the products, the quality, the designs! at the moment I have 4 pieces (shirts) and they are part of my go to capsule wardrobe :) the order went very smoothly and was delivered in just a few days. it definitely wasn't my last order :)

So far I am not impressed by their customer service. The advertised time for delivery has been and gone and now I get no response from customer service. I am not confortable that this is a legit business but will wait and see and update this review if necessary.
