I had a great experience using this company. I needed to get some carpet for my brother who is homeless and had just been given a flat i have never measured carpet before in my life and called up and spoke to someone who happened to be the lovely chris who helped me work out what I needed and made sure that I had the correct amount of carpet. I could not thank him enough for all his help and understanding.that day i would definitely recommend this company they are so helpful and the carpet came within 3days so id like to say a big thank you to them and a even bigger thank you to Chris

I ordered vinyl flooring, but it was delivered in the wrong dimensions. To make matters worse, the color shades are unmatched and do not match each other. Despite these clear errors, the company refuses to issue a refund.

WhennI have purchased carpest onljne before they only off kerb side delivery, meanjng thendriver, usually fat and lazy, literally drags the carpet out the back of the truck and dumps it on the pavement, then gets back jn his cab and drives away! I then have to ,ift a heavy 4m roll and drag it up a drive, and into the house single handed. This time, for an extra £5 I was able to opt tonhave my carpet delivered gy a 2 man team and they will delivery the carpet INTO my house to a room of my choice. This is fantastic as I live alone and my son is not always available due to work shifts.

The service was very poor. I placed my order on Saturday and called early Monday morning to check the delivery date, but they couldn't give me an answer. They also told me that if I cancelled my order, I would be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

The customer service was disappointing. The person I spoke to couldn't answer my questions and kept replying with "uhhh... ahhh..." instead of providing any helpful information.

Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this company.

Ordered a sample tile , still not received.
Queried it with customer service they said they would send another out a couple of weeks ago and still waiting. Very poor service and lost a customer.

Price and quality really good. delivery quick and ontime . Only downfall is cost of delivery.

I placed an order last night but had chosen the wrong item and hadn’t realised until this morning, I emailed as soon as I realised and had a response within the hour and my order was resolved swiftly.

I had an excellent experience with this flooring company from start to finish. When I needed to add extra items to my order, Chris went above and beyond to help, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
The delivery was fantastic too. I was kept informed every step of the way with accurate timing updates, which made everything run smoothly.

Not so easy to choose samples from the huge range available, but when I did they arrived quickly and now I just have to pick one.

The flooring sample was dirty in the middle and it wouldn't come off, now ive got to show the customer it like this.
Embarrassing someone has saw that and still sent it to me.

Carpet Warehouse use Evri as their courier and it took 3 attempts to get the samples to me.Samples were ordered on 17th June and they finally arrived on 2 July.

1 vinyl purchased losing colour on contact with wet rug. I installed it in bathroom so not recommend.
Website option to pay in 3 x 0% Apr instalment froze after approval but spam emails followed even if I specifically unticked all marketing options.
