1st class quality and delivery

Bit early delivery and the deliveries drivers are not too kind but, the product is very good for good price.

I think it’s being delivered on foot….
Ordered on 25th June and the anticipated delivery is 15th-17th July. Plus they charged £20 for this council speed service. To add insult to injury I keep getting asked to review my imaginary order. If I’d known it would take this long I just wouldn’t have bothered. Sorry to moan but the service is pi55 poor!!

Definitely worth getting the samples! It was so quick and easy!

Great Carpet, Order came within 5 days, quicker than expected, delivery guys not the brightest, couldn't figure out how to get it in without my help, suggested through window and it worked, but they are young, overall quite pleased, now fitted and looks fab Only reason not 5 stars is because of delivery guys

Great communication and help with a missing order but samples were reordered and arrived quickly without a fuss. Have yet to decide which carpet to go for and fit delivery around my schedule but I will be happily ordering from them soon

I am extremely disappointed with both the product I received and the way my complaint has been handled.

I specifically ordered a Silver carpet for my new property. Unfortunately, after returning home following the installation, we discovered that the fitted carpet appears to be Grey, not the Silver colour we ordered. We were away while the carpet was delivered and fitted, so we had no opportunity to inspect it before installation.

I immediately contacted Carpet Warehouse and provided clear photographic evidence showing the original Silver sample placed directly on top of the fitted carpet. The difference in colour is obvious. The installed carpet is significantly darker than the sample and does not match the existing carpet in our stairs and hallway, which was one of the main reasons we chose the Silver colour.

What has disappointed me most is not just the carpet itself, but the company’s response. Rather than investigating whether the correct carpet had actually been supplied, I simply received a reply stating that because the carpet had been cut and fitted, it was deemed “accepted” and therefore no replacement or refund would be offered under their terms and conditions.

That response completely ignores the issue I raised. My complaint is not that I changed my mind about the colour—I believe the wrong colour was supplied and fitted. There is a significant difference between customer preference and receiving a product that does not appear to match what was ordered. I expected the company to investigate the matter properly, compare the batch supplied with my order, or arrange an inspection. None of that was offered.

A company’s terms and conditions should not be used to dismiss a genuine complaint without any investigation. I acted as soon as I became aware of the issue and supplied evidence to support my concerns. Instead of looking into what may have gone wrong, Carpet Warehouse chose to rely solely on a standard policy response.

For anyone considering ordering from this company, I would strongly recommend checking every single item before it is fitted. If there is any issue after installation—even where you believe the wrong product has been supplied—you may simply be told that it is “accepted” and left without a meaningful resolution.

I still hope Carpet Warehouse will reconsider their position, properly investigate Order CW194310, and offer a fair resolution. If they do, I will happily update this review to reflect that.

A had an issue with order and Chris called me back within 10 minutes.

From start to finish the service was very good. The person I initially spoke to on phone was very polite , friendly and helpful.
Delivery was as arranged and the 2 guys were again friendly , polite and helpful.

The flooring itself seems to be of good quality and value for money.

Took a long time to get a delivery date and i had to call. On the delivery the carpet was left in the downstairs in main entrance and not delivered to property. would not use the service again overall poor quality service.
