was hesitant about buying a carpet online, without seeing said carpet in person but we ordered a sample and from that decided to order it (at a brilliant price compared to other competitors) we have just had it installed and looks brilliant, definitely recommend 10/10

I would recommend this company
For some reason I couldn’t place my order online as said it didn’t deliver to my address so I had to call them up. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and lovely and sorted it all out for me.
I did have an issue with the wrong lengths being delivered but the lady I had spoke to realised her mistake and fixed it straight away, even called me up to apologies and to get it sorted. The receiver was done quickly and I would use this company again.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Carpet Warehouse.
I originally ordered flooring while working from the plans for my 4m x 4m outbuilding. I'm 99% certain I ordered the correct size, but when it arrived it was only 4m x 2m. I contacted customer services to arrange a return, only to be told I'd be charged a £50 collection fee plus a 25% cutting fee. By the time those charges were deducted, the refund was barely worth having. What am I supposed to do with flooring that I have no use for?
To make matters worse, I had to place a second order for the correct size and pay another delivery charge. Even though they were delivering to me again, they still charged an additional £25 to collect the original order. There was no flexibility or goodwill whatsoever.
The accessories weren't much better. The glue they supplied is poor quality and simply doesn't stick properly, so I would avoid buying it. The only positive I can give is that the fitting knife was excellent.
Finally, the flooring itself is incredibly disappointing. It's been down for less than a week and, after only a very minor scratch, it has already torn in three places. The durability is nowhere near what I expected.
Poor quality products, hidden costs, expensive returns, and disappointing customer service. I won't be using Carpet Warehouse again.

Regarding the sizing, we do send a confirmation email within 30 minutes of every order being placed, specifically to give customers the opportunity to double check the dimensions before the order is processed. We would always encourage customers to review this carefully, particularly when ordering from plans. We do understand how frustrating it is when the wrong size arrives, however as the dimensions are entered by the customer at checkout, as a result we are unfortunately unable to absorb the costs associated with collection and reprocessing.
Our return charges, including the collection fee, are clearly outlined on our website so that customers are fully aware before ordering.
We are sorry to hear you had difficulty with the adhesive. The glue we supply is suitable for vinyl flooring installation and is used successfully by the vast majority of our customers. If you are experiencing issues, it may be worth checking the surface preparation, and we would be happy to advise further if you contact us directly.
We also offer a free sampling service which allows customers to assess the quality and finish of any product before committing to a purchase, and we would always recommend taking advantage of this.
We are genuinely sorry that this experience has left you feeling let down and we hope you will consider reaching out to us directly so we can try to help where possible.
