I was kept informed about my delivery and it arrived when they said. Delivery guys were friendly and polite and respectful of my property. My carpet is lovely and I will definitely be using this company again.

New flooring
Ordering was really easy. Delivery was less than 2 weeks, and it was delivered to the room I wanted it in. Delivery guys were great and polite. Really good price too. This is the second time ive ordered from here, and they've been great both times

Worst delivery situation ever
Worst delivery situation ever. Even though I updated the address, the driver decides to deliver on wrong address then he tell me that he is coming to deliver at midnight. I wait for him and he says he came for collection!!! It was a nightmare...took over a week for delivery and in the meantime I lost money paying the carpet layer for no reason as delivery didn't turn up. All I get compensated was my delivery fee back. Not going to order from here again.

Ive received my samples
Ive received my samples and thankfully they are a larger size than other companies samples, these ones I can actually stand on and feel properly. They are in my room catching the light and so I can decide which carpet im going to buy.
