Good sized samples arrived quickly. My questions were answered quickly and helpfully. Ordering the carpet was easy and simple and my carpet was delivered promptly and well. An excellent product and great service. I am very pleased with the finished floor and would not hesitate to buy from Carpet Warehouse in the future.

Hi Justeen, thanks for the feedback. However, I can see you only tried to inform us of the "damaged rolls" more than a month after delivery. We can not be held responsible for this as we have no idea where/how they have been stored/transported during that time. Had you reported this when they arrived, or within a few days, then I can assure you we would have dealt with it very differently.

My point of contact was Peter. Excellent service where nothing was too much trouble to ensure we found the right solution both in terms of carpet and costs. He ensured we had the right type of carpet for the floor. For areas that are going to be subjected to heavy use ensure the carpet /floor covering is appropriate for hall, stairs, landing.
Overall, we are very impressed by our experience at Carpet Warehouse and would highly recommend them.
