Absolutely awful experience with the…
Absolutely awful experience with the delivery company, 2 people waited in all day, both with oh noes at hand. No doorbell was rung or door was knocked on and no attempt at a phonecall to notify they were here. They were 15 minutes late from being in the delivery time, took a photo of the back of the building which has no buzzers for entry and claimed a failed delivery. No they want either £25 for a redelivery or carpet warehouse want £50 and 25% of the whole cost just to get a refund! Feel completely ripped off, and noone is helping. Both companies are denying anyone was home. I wouldn't be complaining if I hadn't been sat in all day for a delivery. Avoid, bunch of scam merchants.

First order was wrong size and…
First order was wrong size and correction took to long to get to get to me so my job is still to be completed because of the initial mistake 8.8 metres delivered which should have been 10.5 metres how can that mistake go unnoticed and no urgency to get replacement out to client asap. That’s not good customer service.

Carpet warehouse was brilliant, always go to them, ordered Carpet on line realised I got measurements wrong, rang and spoke to lovely gentleman called Chris ,he sorted problem out in minutes. Thank you Chris, received order within 3 days, even delivery men was brilliant. Thank you all. Linda

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered and paid for delivery on the 7th July. However, after receiving zero updates on the delivery date by the 15th July I decided to chase it up. I was told there was one item not scanned by the warehouse and it would be chased up. A while later I received an email to say it had been damaged in transit but nobody had been told. I have only given the 2 stars for the promt replies and quick refund
