Mixed quality
1 vinyl purchased losing colour on contact with wet rug. I installed it in bathroom so not recommend.
Website option to pay in 3 x 0% Apr instalment froze after approval but spam emails followed even if I specifically unticked all marketing options.

We offer the samples free of charge but we have to charge £1 for postage. I tried to call you earlier today to explain why we charge this and left a voicemail to call back. If you give us a call then I can explain and I am happy to refund the £1 you spent on the postage.

Charging £20 for delivery in the UK. And for that delivery to take over a week to be dispatched is a bit of a piss take.

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery charge. The £20 delivery cost is clearly displayed at checkout before any order is placed as well as on the delivery page. Transporting carpet and vinyl rolls of up to 5 metres across the UK requires specialist couriers and unfortunately this comes at a cost which on smaller order like yours incurs the delivery fee. If you are aware of a cheaper way to do this, we would genuinely love to hear it!
We do apologise if the dispatch time seems longer but again all of this is on the checkout page and delivery page before you make any payment to be clear.

Oh my goodness, so many choices. It took me 3 days of constantly going thro your website to finally decide a choice.

Bought my Laminate floor from Carpet Warehouse and to say I was delighted would be an understatement, The Guy that laid the flooring said to me this is the best quality floor he has laid and he has laid over 600, from start to finish the whole process was easy and the flooring even arrived a day early, and in my mind great value for money to, Highly recommend

Cheap, tacky and bad quality
Ordered one of the best carpets on the website, definitely wasn’t cheap or affordable but we wanted the best of the best…. Delivery was an absolute joke, and the carpet is cheap, tacky and poor quality…. The slightest pull and fibres come loose so not even sure it will last being hoovered. We ordered 18mm thickness and it is not! Maybe 8mm no way near 18mm, the colour doesn’t look anything like the website either.
Delivery took a while and then didn’t turn up until 10pm rude drivers just dumped it on the path I understand this is what I paid for but it wasn’t even brought to my door. I’ve since had non stop phone calls from the delivery driver and have had to block his number.
Save your money and visit a carpet shop in person so you can see for yourself what you’re getting.
