Thr companu couldnt fix our boiler lefy is with no hot water for 5 days even thou i i had vunrable people in the house had to go and get a new boiler they are only open til 7pm never trust this company again

This was the first time that I needed to call on Care Club under the subscription scheme, and every stage was carried out as I would have hoped. Booking a plumber was easy and everyone with whom I dealt was helpful. Plumber identified and corrected the fault with skill and courtesy. Very pleased. Now look forward to the same service for the annual central heating check.

Had my boiler serviced today by Alan. Very efficient and professional engineer. Alan is friendly, polite and extremely helpful. He took the time to help me programme my heating clock. Thank you so much, Alan.

Engineer returned to complete the job of fitting a new boiler pump which had to wait until our return from holiday. Job completed satisfactorily.

Light fitting was broken in my daughters room, care club arranged within a week and Darren (electrician) arrived on time as per phone call prior. Happy with the communication and it was replaced quickly with no mess!

Providing you can convey the gravity of your situation over the phone I found both the Care Club personal and the boiler engineer first class and extremely response to my situation. The boiler needed a part to perform properly again and I think things went as swiftly as they could under the circumstances. Can't fault the team, well done.

Time given to attend for service was between 8 - 12, time arrived 14.10, I had to ring at 12 to find out what was going on, no courtesy call to say running late.

Service overall was good, explained what the reading are and were there should be, guy was friendly and easy to chat with.

I did have plans for the day, no put off, for the next day..would have been 5 stars.

Contact centre helpful, servicing is prompt.
HOWEVER They don’t leave copies of servicing info and gas safety certificates. You have to ring and chase every document. Useless now that we legally have to leave them with tenants.
