My complain with the agent for Camplify where I picked up this van had mechanical and lots of other issues.Overcharged and treated so unfairly taking this futher.
Honestly,so disappointment with how poorly they treated me as a customer.

You make discounts hard to access
You make discounts hard to access. Online help useless. Insurance cost excessive $147 for 3 days. Competitor only charge $36/3 days. Same excess. It's cheaper to stay in a cabin for 2 notes than hire a small pop up caravan. Your fees more than van hire. Not hiring again. We had a fun relaxing weekend.

Waste of time
Waste of time. The concept is wonderful, hiring other people’s campervans etc, but in reality it doesn’t work.
Owners don’t keep their vehicle availability up-to-date, I paid in full and then the owner didn’t respond, I tried another owner, their van was in the garage, now my money is tied up in a refund process for 30 days so I can’t use it to try an official rental website.
Annoying waste of my time and money, go with an actual rental company not this marketing ploy.

Easy-peasy
We are yet to use our van but the on-line experience was smooth as silk. The search function, filters and general lay-out made finding our match easy-as. The commercial terms are clear, reasonable. The payment portal was also efficient.

We hired a camper van (Sunset Chaser)…
We hired a camper van (Sunset Chaser) from Gary at West Malling for our 5 day trip to this years F1 British GP at Silverstone in July. It was quite a large vehicle which my daughter found easy to use.
Although it was for four people there were just three of us and we found that that was enough. Four people would have been very cosy although two adults and two young children would have had adequate space.
If you’ve never used a camper van just remember you do have to be well organised in the space available.
Gary was very helpful and explained most things for us novices although we did still need to scratch our heads to work out some things.
Overall we enjoyed the new experience of using a camper van for our short break.

We booked the van for 3 days thinkin we…
We booked the van for 3 days thinkin we get 3 nights in it. Didn't pick van up till 11 ish in the morning so that meant u lost half a day then finding out it had got to be back on the 3rd day not getting a 3 night in it . So workin the price out at £113 a day add £56.50 for half day lost in the first morning and for losing half a night on th 3 day made it work out at = £169.50 a day maybe you should alter it to nights out u book it for and not days . The van was fine was a VW T5. what u saw is what u got but how it's booked out needs reviewing. Also if we booked out a newer vehicle would of worked out even more expensive. This is a campify problem not the owners . Felt ripped off..

Camplify was the problem. I tried to book twice and it wasnt until i called the business in person that i was told that if they dont see the booking request in 3 days its get dropped off the system.
