Great place to hire. I think the down side is you have to pay for a full day for drop off which most caravan parks is after lunch and you have to pay for a full day on pick up which is 9 am. I would be fairer to pay by nights

My family and i had a great time, it had everything we needed , was lots of fun.

Always a great experience dealing with Camplify and peace of mind as all aspects of booking are well looked after and informative.

The owner was very obliging at such short notice 24hrs. Van was very easy to drive & a comfortable ride.
We found the bed once it was made up, awkward to get in & out, as we were a couple of oldies in our 70's.
Otherwise we had a great week away in BINGO

Easy to navigate the system, we can always talk direct to the owner.

Had everything I needed and personal communication, which I find fulfilling.

Jodie & Gary were very professional and friendly. Appreciate their responsiveness, clarity & care

Easy platform to use to find caravans to hire.
Great range, however some hirers don't update availability or respond in a timely manner!
Would definitely recommend Camplify to others

We can absolutly trust the whole onganiszation and never had any problem during our two rented campers in Australia, one outback camper and a camper van. So we decided to rent the next motorhome for travelling in New Zealand. The vehicles were always more than perfect equipped and the owners have been great partners.

Laz's mini camper was awesome. The solar panel worked great charging the battery even though it was cloudy. I was able to run for my 90 watts cpap machine all night. Very comfortable bed, convenient ac and usb outlets in the back. Laz was a great person and attended to all my needs.

Where do I start? Can’t even get on to anyone at camplify re our experience hiring a van from jeff and Lisa in Boronia Victoria! This is a terrible site , only robots reply and I have a lot of things to discuss
Van was dirty and bed uncomfortable as it sunk in one corner and had cobwebs in corner near my head. Cheapest plastic plates etc old electric frypan. Gas fridge didn’t work and Geoff indicated..good luck getting it going. No water and told to fill up when we got to our location, hoses all dirty and fridge and sink dirty so didn’t trust water tank. Solar panels didn’t work it’s a disgrace, we will not use this site again and I will warn everyone not to trust whoever vets these vans. Reviews must be made up as they sounded like completely different vans, nothing like what we got.

Everything went wrong as the owner was MIA on the day of pick up of the van and Camplify didn't offer a replacement for the same cost plus I couldnt go on the day I was booked for so my whole holiday was ruined. I paid thousands for a nanny to care for my kids which was a waste. From a consumer point of view, having to pay MORE money for the same level of product but for less time, when a product that was already paid for suddenly on the day is not available and the contact is MIA and the platform argues that you need to pay more for the same produce from another supplier is just plain wrong. Peer to peer or not. Its just wrong and I wouldn't ever use your platform again. Quite frankly scammed. Camplify should have offered a replacement for the same rate that I had already booked for. Come on guys you clearly make a packet , Camplify Holdings Limited (ASX: CHL) net worth as of mid-April 2026, of approximately AUD 17.68 million to AUD 20.15 million and you couldnt find a replacement for the same price for a single mum who earns a modest salary , and maintained the need to keep the booking fee and service fee but rather requested the other owner offer a discount which they offered $50 total discount from their own profit. Just appalling, actually scandalous! Shame!
