Do not waste your time use someone else
Do not waste your time, wish I'd read the Google reviews before I rented the van from them. Rented a van that was not even road legal and honestly extremely dangerous, wing mirrors that wouldn't stay out on the motorway. When I complained they then tried to charge me an additional £500, luckily that card was frozen but honestly save yourself the bother and use goboony. Already submitted evidence and they're asking me to do it again. Ridiculous! Have no idea how these reviews are all so good.

Refunds must be improved
Although the service seems to be good when everything is okay, it is a bit disappointing to see the refunds takes 30 days when things did not go as planned and especially when a booked vehicle cancelled by the vehicle owner. The system should be changed in a way that all bookings must be confirmed by the owner before taking money.

We have booked for March 2027 and it's been very smooth so far and very easy. We used camplifly when we travelled the great Ocean road and beyond and the experience was seamless. Will review NZ once we have travelled next year.
