Great Family Van

Difficulty making payment to confirm a provisional booking. At repeated attempts app created 2 accounts and did not permit deletion of one. Problem resolved after an email to office which was quickly attended to

Peaceful Bay
This was our first time using a camper trailer. Ben was fantastic took the time to show us everything so we could have a great weekend. Gave us his contact details so if we had any problems we could get his help walk us through it, having that reinsurance gave us piece of mind. The camper trailer was so well maintained and clean we first thought it was new. Great experience would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Cant tow your hired caravan!
What on earth is the point in a service that offers to hire out caravans but wont allow you to tow them? You have to have them delivered... defeats the whole point of using a caravan.
Try harder, sort out proper insurance so you can offer a proper service.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Through no fault of camplify or the owner the van had to be cancelled but it took them two weeks to issue my refund and I had to chase them for it. They state that it depends on your bank account which is a load of rubbish. I received my refund from my new booking with a different company within days.

GO ELSEWHERE
I Hired a van from GAVIN BARRETT Ringwood Dorset, apparently a previous hirer had mistakenly put diesel in the water tank. GAVIN BARRETT or CAMPLIFY failed to disclose this to me or other hirers and kept trading as normal.
Once diesel goes into plastic, you never get it out.
We we’re conveniently told not to fill the water tank until “you get to your destination “ as it will tip you over the road weight limit.
We filled the tank at our destination with water, the kids tried to have a shower and the smell of diesel through the campervan was overwhelming.
We returned the campervan after a day having planned to use it for 4 days.
Camplify had no idea how to cope with this situation and I absolutely encouraged you not to use this unprofessional, 3rd party website, the official address in London is fake and some guy runs this business out his lounge room in Sydney.
The vans on this website are unchecked and nothing is regulated.
The van Gavin Barrett tried to hire us was filthy dirty, broken indicators and apart from the obvious diesel issue, the van was extremely old and run down.
I generated court proceedings to claim back my money as Camplify and Gavin Barrett both refused to pay me back.
At the 11th hour of the court hearing Camplify realized I wasn’t messing around and coughed up my money.
Do not trust this company or GAVIN BARRETT Ringwood UK
Book your holiday/motorhome through a reputable website, DO NOT USE CAMPLIFY
