Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, communication was always on point, we had an issue with our Motorhome which was through no fault of the motorhome owner which required 3 days refund on the motorhome and Camplify was very quick at giving us the refund so we could pay for rental car and motels for the last 3 days of our 2 wk trip.
Extremely satisfied.

Additionally, communication from Camplify has always been clear and easy to understand.

Be aware… of cancellation policy
Be aware… of cancellation policy , even within the timeframe doesn’t give your money back. Only a credit. And you lose 10% and a $25 admin fee
Camplify effectively hold your money yet claim.. ‘ it’s the owners’ policy’ they can’t do anything about it .. yet the owner doesn’t hold the deposit. Camplify does.

30 days to get money back
Out of our control our caravan hire got cancelled after we paid and we had to wait 30 days to get a refund. Bit ridiculous considering we are trying to get in early for Easter 27’ and have to wait 1 month before we can try and book something.
Reached out for support via email. Stock standard response no help at all.

Late cancellation
Te risk of a van owner booking back to back bookings, the van that we did have locked in had to cancel 24hrs out and we had to scramble to find another van.

Wanda
Camplify only get three stars due to the bombardment of e-mails after joining. Steve, the owner of 'Wanda' (the Camper Trailer), gets five out of five stars due to his ongoing assistance throughout the whole process, his professional and polite communications and the great informative and educational videos he has made re the operation etc. of 'Wanda'. Will keep Steve (Wanda) and Camplify in mind for future events and will recommend both to others.
