Schlechte QualitÀt, keine Retourenmöglichkeit
Ich habe vor kurzem hier bestellt. Leider ist die QualitĂ€t nicht so hochwertig, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Auch die MaĂe des Brustgeschirrs waren gröĂer als online angegeben. Ich habe eine Retoure per E-Mail angefragt. Leider bekommt man keine RĂŒckmeldung. Bis jetzt kann ich nicht empfehlen, hier zu bestellen.

Unacceptable Customer Service and No Delivery
I placed a large order with Cafide Pets on July 5, 2025, and have not received my order to this day, nearly a month later! Iâve sent multiple emails to their customer service but have received no response whatsoever.
As a paying customer, Iâve been very patient, but this level of service is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the size of my order. What makes it worse is that their social media accounts remain active and they continue to post, yet they ignore existing customers completely. I even contacted them via Instagram chat.
I would not recommend ordering from them unless youâre fine with paying for something that may never show up.....

Best dog beds!
My dog is super picky about where to sleep, but she has barely left the dog bed since we got it đ it's super soft, looks amazing, easy to clean and I love how it's all vegan and recycled materials. I can't recommend this enough!

Too small harness + Bad quality leash + Expensive return
- The leather harness for my cocker spaniel in size M of 6 months old (10.7kg) was way too small. So I didn't even exchange for a L size because I'm not sure it will be big enough for when she'll be an adult.
- Also I returned the leather leash as it had traces of rust or wear on the hooks.
- And the return/refund cost me approx. 12âŹ! I thought it was free! This is not clear on their website, but when you order from France the return/refund is definitely not free.
Very disppointed as I thought the design of their harnesses and leashes were great. So had good expectations ...
