I saw Peter today to sort my ear wax problem. The micro suctioning was quick and painless and Peter was fantastic at explaining the process. I'm now able to hear properly again for the first time in months. I'm incredibly grateful - thanks Peter!

Peter Byrom is an extremely dedicated professional who works tirelessly to assist you in any way possible. He is a professional gentleman who immediately places you at ease, ensuring he addresses every aspect relating to health issues, exploring all avenues to expose the route of the problem. Mr Byrom uses his skills and expertise to alleviate and relieve symptoms. He remarkably and successfully carried out the Epley manoeuvre which completely rectified my dizziness and was extremely professional when administering the ear vacuum. I can completely and wholeheartedly recommend Mr Byrom to anyone. In addition to this he has provided relaxation exercises, recommended a book and i phone sounds etc. to continue with my future well being.

Peter came out to see me at very short notice on a Saturday evening as I was panicking. He was calm and reassuring and sorted out my wax problem professionally and painlessly. I am so grateful and will be going to see him again about hearing aids. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Easy to follow instructions at hospital.
In and out quickly with good explanation of low level risks and ear wax removed with suction when unfortunately NHS non priority at this time as still want to use water ie hi risk.
Would recommend to anyone.

I visited Peter Byron Audiology after a problem with my ear which caused partial deafness for about 4 weeks. The problem was wax which was removed safely, efficiently and in a professional manner. This ear problem had been badly affecting my sleep, work and life over the past month. I can’t thank Peter enough for restoring my hearing and getting things back to normal. Thanks Peter best money I have ever spent !

I have been suffering from severe tinnitus for just under 11 months. Before visiting Peter, I consulted two other audiologists, both of whom assured me that there was little they could do to treat my problem. As my mental health gradually deteriorated and my relationship with work got worse, I decided to give Peter a call.

Prior to our meeting it is safe to say I was pessimistic. However, upon explaining my to Peter, was at pains to explain that the sentiments of the two previous clinicians did not represent current thinking in this field, and immediately set about introducing me to a variety of contemporary options and treatments. He also fitted me with a hearing aid, which I was able to trial for 3 weeks.

Since visiting Peter and having my hearing aid fitted, my anxiety has dramatically improved and my sleeping patterns have returned to normal. I am coping better with work, and Zoom meetings are much less of an irritant than they were only three weeks previous. As such, I cannot recommend Peter highly enough. I feel like I have regained some semblence of normality, and am much happier in myself, and for this I am ever so grateful.

Fast and pain free ear wax removal procedure with excellent results. The only improvement could have been more upfront information about preparation, where to go, and the Covid procedures.

I attended the clinic on 2nd September, for ear wax removal. Peter is very professional and personable. He adhered totally to the Covid measures and alleviated any anxiety I may have had in attending the clinic.
I have always had problems with ear wax build up and it had been some time since my ears had been syringed at the Doctor's. The procedure adopted by Peter was a first for me and was extremely successful. I have no doubt I will be visiting Peter again in the future, when the need arises. Saw Mr Byrom for microsuction in both ears to remove ear wax that was causing water to get stuck inside. He was lovely and professional and the procedure was really quick and painless compared to previous experiences elsewhere. My ears feel totally clear. I would recommend him to anyone with this issue :)

I saw Peter today for ear wax removal. He explained very clearly what the procedure would entail. I have mild tinnitus and he was very gentle and careful. My ears feel brilliant!! I would highly recommend.

I have a regular problem with ear wax but twice now Pete has been able to treat me quickly, easily and hassle free. No having to use oil for 2 weeks, no long waits and anyone with ear wax will appreciate how wonderful that is.
My husband and I also have hearing aids from Pete. After battling with NHS aids for a year or so the aids supplied by Pete are a revelation! Comfortable, effective a pleasure to use and a pleasure to wear, we couldn`t do without them.

My ears had been quite blocked for a while and I was struggling to hear group conversations and the TV. I've had my ears syringed before, but getting an appointment with my GP only to be told to come back a week later after using olive oil in my ears was a pain. I'd heard a few people rave about micro suction, so decided to give it a go. I'm glad I did. I no longer have to nod and smile when I haven't heard something someone has said. What also made it a worthwhile and enjoyable experience was Mr. Byrom. He was the consummate professional and a very amiable chap. The process was very straightforward and Mr. Byrom's Covid-19 safety precautions were very thorough. I would highly recommend micro suction with Mr. Byrom to anyone considering this particular treatment.
