Excellent service from Nicole. Hearing is much improved after first visit. Couldn't quite manage to clear all the wax on first visit but booked in for follow up to finish off.

Never having had ear wax removal before, I was quite apprehensive beforehand. I needn't have worried - Nicole was brilliant from start to finish, friendly and professional, explaining everything she was doing. And now I can hear again! Highly recommend.

I came to have a tinnitus consultation after having ringing in my ears for many years. My consultation with Peter helped put my mind at ease with my hearing. He was able to advise me on the best way maintain my tinnitus without using unnecessary solutions/devices. He was also able to help with my general hearing by removing wax - a problem I didn't realise I had. Fantastic service from Nicole. Really efficient and friendly approach. Blocked ears are now cured and I can hear properly again!

I had been struggling with blocked ears and was recommended to Peter by a work colleague. As soon as I walked in Peter was very friendly and welcoming. He came across as being very knowledgable and as well as clearing my ears performed several checks and tests to assess my ears. He fully explained all the fancy graphs following the tests which I found very interesting. The appointment felt very laid back and not rushed as you get with some appointments. Overall very happy and would recommend to anyone with ear problems

Just had third visit for ear wax removal with Peter. It's very easy to book / pay online. Wonderful to have hearing restored. Process explained well and ok to ask to stop for a moment if painful or uncomfortable. Friendly, professional and helpful. Very much recommend.

A friend recommended Peter Byrom for earwax removal because you didn’t need to put olive oil into your ears for several days before the appointment.

I will certainly be recommending Peter for his services as I had problems with my ears and went on the internet on my day off work and found he had a slot clear at 4pm the same day, I went to his Sheffield surgery and had the treatment required for wax removal done that was quick and painless by suction, it would have been days getting an appointment with my doc then weeks waiting for the NHS at this time so I am a very happy costumer
