Nicole was brilliant talked me through the whole procedure and put me at ease being 70 year's of age and never had any other work done on my ears saw pics of before & after would recomend this practice to anyone xxxxx.

My daughter had Audiometry & Tympanometry tests with Nicole yesterday and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Nicole was amazing with my 8 year old daughter, who was a little nervous. She explained everything really well and my daughter felt totally at ease during the appointment. Nicole made the whole experience fun for her and helped my daughter to understand the tests and results.

As always my appointment was on time. Nicole was relaxed, friendly and professional and removed my ear wax gently and effectively.

I took my 5 year old to have her ears tested. My daughter was not looking forward to it, Peter made her feel so welcome and she really enjoyed the experience. I felt that we were very well looked after in a professional and and friendly manner, I can't understand why I was thinking about waiting for our local gp to refer us to the hospital when for a relatively small amount of money we could be seen so quickly.
Above all peter was a smashing chap that looked after my daughter amazingly, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Peter was so personable and professional and explained all elements of the examination and procedure clearly. The procedure was quick and pain free and I wished I had booked in sooner! Would definitely recommend and will return in the future when my ears are blocked again.

Very easy to book an online appointment (Ear Wax removal) at the Dore Surgery. Nicole was excellent in her assessment and explained the tests and procedures she was going to carry out, in addition to the ear wax removal, and how they would feel. She also answered all of the questions I had and clearly explained the results. She was very professional and helpful and I would not hesitate to return to her for further assessment or treatment if required.

Needed adjustment to my hearing aids which was carried out by Nicole. She takes time and has very clear diction when describing the hearing test process and it is all carried out in personal but professional manner. Previously to Nicole I had used various supposedly hearing aid specialists, but they are only interested in is selling and don't give anywhere near the same level of service & cost

From entering the hospital to having treatment the service was first class Peter was very thorough and explained every step would not hesitate to go back
