Peter was extremely patient with my husband John . Who re-visited the clinic after 7 years of experiencing his tinnitus getting worse .

I went to see Nicole at Peter Byrom Audiology for ear micro suction and was very nervous. Nicole was very welcoming and explained the procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever and it was over very quickly. I would recommend micro suction over syringing to anyone and also to go and see Nicole who is very professional and puts one at ease.

Nicole had a lovely, professional manner and provided other testing services when it became clear that I did not need wax removal which the original appointment was booked for.
