Before the Covid pandemic I had ear micro-suction every 8-12 weeks at hospital. My condition was becoming increasingly chronic. With the hospital facilities closed, I visited Peter Byrom for ear micro-suction. During my first appointment, the simple advice he gave me on managing my condition myself was really life changing! I chose to visit him again recently for a check up, a whole 16 months after my last visit- unbelievable! I cannot thank him enough.

He was absolutely fantastic with my very shy 5 year old. Really positive experience.

Peter recently provided treatment to my ear problems. I had been suffering with wax build-up for some time and was struggling with my hearing. I was able to have my ears treated very quickly and easily, there was no charge for a follow-up appointment and Peter was very gentle and courteous throughout. Highly reccommended!

Peter Byrom.  Peter is a professional and understanding person and is incredibly empathetic as an hearing aid user himself. I have suffered with loss of hearing from a young age in my right ear through having measles.  I went to Peter because I felt I needed answers quickly as during the restrictions of covid and the wearing of masks I was struggling and I felt (and certainly my family felt) my hearing had got worse . 
I could feel myself disconnecting with people. 
An appointment was booked for a full hearing assessment. Peter allowed my daughter come into the consultation which was fantastic to be able talk things through afterwards and for us to gain a better understanding of my hearing loss.  Peter listened to the difficulties I  was experiencing and also wanted an insight to activities I enjoyed socially eg going to the theatre etc.
I had a thorough hearing test and it showed as I expected that my hearing had deteriorated considerably and  I now required two hearing aids.  
I trialled two phonak bluetooth behind the ear aids.  I nearly cried when I  was 'switched on' they are incredible!!!! life changing pieces of hi tech equipment.

Peter did an amazing job fine tuning levels. I can honestly say these hearing aids have given me so much of my life back.

After nights upon nights of stress over my hearing loss, scouring the internet in hopes of a miracle cure, I booked an appointment for microsuction with Peter Byrom and the procedure really did feel like a miracle!

Peter was absolutely wonderful and really made me feel at ease throughout the whole thing- it was such a quick and painless procedure. I got to see a clear image of my ear before and after the procedure and the end product was flawless.

The moment I got my hearing back- I tried to speak to thank Peter, but all those months of hearing my voice sound like I was underwater...I forgot what I really sounded like! We laughed, but for the rest of the day I was amazed at how much better I could hear.

If you're like me- you've used olive oil for weeks with no result, your hearing is getting you down, and you're trying to find the most effective treatment- definitely go for it and book! Peter Byrom really makes you feel in safe hands and the procedure is so fast. 30 minutes...and then life is good again!

My hearing was very poor (couldn’t hear TV etc) and problem identified as build up of ear wax. Been today for ear wax removal and result is brilliant - can hear perfectly again. No waiting, no discomfort and procedure took less than 30mins.
Delighted with result - £82.00 to get my hearing back was money well spent.

After over 2 years of muffled hearing in one ear and occasional pressure pains after swimming and flying I decided to get ear wax removal finally done. The appointment was so quick and without any pain or discomfort. The video footage of before and after showed me how much wax was removed and the effect on my hearing was instantaneous. Now my hearing is less muffled, the hearing in both ears is more balanced and I can hear tinny noises much more clearly. Thank you.
