Quick appointment. Peter friendly even in his PPE. Was so pleased and relieved to find someone who would actually see me during lockdown. Procedure for syringing my ears was new to me but felt less evasive, than what I usually have and was not painful so would definitely go back to him again.

Had wax removed by Peter today. Very professional experience ,especially in difficult Covid 19 times. My local Medical Practice wouldn't do this and couldn't give a date when they could. In the past they have also struggled to remove the wax. Peter had no such problems and in future I will use him again. Very pleased I visited him.

After 4 weeks of discomfort with a blocked ear I found Peter via a Google search and booked an appointment for ear wax removal. Peter's service and treatment was amazing and within 25 minutes my ear was cleared using a combination of microsuction and irrigation. Throughout Peter made me feel at ease and comfortable. As my appointment was during the Coronavirus pandemic, I also found the safety precautions taken to be very thorough and I felt both of us were in a very safe environment. I would highly recommend Peter and his services.

I had blocked ears, with one ear so bad I was deaf in that ear. I visited Peter at his audiology clinic and he cleared my ears. He was friendly, efficient and paid good attention to the special arrangements, safety and hygiene required because of coronavirus. . The procedure was very effective. I can now hear in both ears and feel so much better. I have already recommended Peter’s clinic to a friend.

I was partially deaf in my left ear with a build up of ear wax, and continuous tinnitus. I contacted Peter online, and he saw me the very next day. The wax removal was totally painless and a complete success. I immediately felt brand new, and the tinnitus disappeared too. With regards to Covid 19, Peter was wearing full PPE and my temperature was taken on arrival to determine whether the treatment could go ahead. I strongly reccomend this treatment. I saw Peter for ear microsuction on May 20th.
He gave his usual professional, thorough, efficient and friendly service.

This was my first appointment since the Covid-19 pandemic. A number of safety measures were in place. I filled in a pre-appointment Covid survey, had to wear a face mask and pass a temperature check. Peter was wearing theatre 'scrubs'. As a result I felt very safe throughout the whole process.

If anyone has any hearing issues I strongly recommend that they get an appointment with Peter.

Peter has changed our lives. The days of repeating, shouting, eyes rolling, not bothering to speak are gone. Out of pure exasperation we found Peter at BMI Thornbury Hospital Sheffield after a quick Google search.

After clearing wax, using suction, and a very thorough hearing test Peter introduced us to a whole new world of hearing aids, at no point did Peter try to push anything. He discussed what was available, our budget and what could be best for Mum.
Resulting in small neat hearing aids that fit behind the ear, the colour of her hair with a thin clear wire that attaches to the bud in her ear. A quick, painless, no mess 3D scan was taken of her ear to have the bud custom made to fit perfectly. No whistle, squeak, flat batteries or fiddling around, the aids simply go in, in the morning, are removed and recharged in a neat box at night. It seemed a Roger microphone, a circular disc which can be on the table for multiple voices or around my neck eg in the car or plugged into the TV could work well for us.

We were able to trial both the aids and Roger and now Mum has her own, money very well spent, they are priceless.

We would urge anyone with a Mum, Dad, Wife, Husband, Friend who is missing what is being said to them or on the TV or radio to go see Peter and have their hearing loss checked out and find what might work.

Peters help, care and experience in getting Mum back into the world of hearing what is going on has been a miracle.

I have tinnitus and have been struggling to manage it for a long time. Someone recommended that I try this practice by Peter and I did. I met Peter and he was very knowledgeable about my condition and he offered me super advice on how to cope and improve my condition. I’ll definitely be working with him a lot more going forward. A build up of ear wax had impaired my hearing. After a single treatment session with Peter, my hearing is now fully restored!

I visited Peter as my NHS hearing aids no longer met my needs. Peter conducted a full hearing test to measure my hearing loss and suggest the best hearing aids for my loss and my needs in my work environment. No hard sell tatics, just honest appraisal and recommendations.

In the past ear molds have been done by inserting putty into the ears and sending the resultsing impression by post for manufacture. Peter no longer does this as he has an OTOSCAN device that scans the ear canal in 3D, enabling him to send the scan direct to the manufacturer. I was very impressed with this.
The molds turned out the best and most comfortable fit I've ever experienced in 25 years of wearing hearing aids.

The setting up of my hearing aids was flawless and the sound quality way beyond anything I have had before.
