Ordered from Shein in Sept, paid Buffalo express customs in Oct 2nd and on time but today is the 22nd of October and i still have not received my parcel. Its also them promising to deliver last week and only for the second agent to tell me they never received my parcel from Shein to begin with. I am pissed! The worst customer service by far!

I have been waiting for my order since yesterday the delivery guy called and told me he doesn't deliver on my area he will give it to someone who delivers around my area . Today morning when I tracked my status my parcel have been returned to the warehouse and I called him again he's so rude . Till now I have not yet received my parcel . It's still at ware house I have tried changing my addres there times
Their customer service is bad!
This is the worst experience ever, my delivery was reported that it had failed and when I called in I received the worst customer service the person was rude and ended the call before I could finish talking I am terribly disappointed and would not advise for anyone to continue working with this company. I still haven’t received my parcel after 3 days of being told to expect it on the day I called or the day after it. Terrible service, they don’t even deserve that one star

If I could give 9stars I would... I'm super amazed at how quickly my parcel arrived. The packaging was so secure, ensuring the items were undamaged. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!!
They stole my return order
They stole my return order, their driver picked up my return order and they cancelled the return with Shein. When I enquired they said I must ask Shein to make other arrangements. I asked them to return the clothes and they ignored my emails and never returned my clothes nor refund. Thieves

I think I accidentally deleted my first post. To the point: They wanted my ID, 3 months bank statements, and proof of address before I could get my parcel.

A consignment is made up of bags, on average between 14 and 25 bags, which may consist of about 800 and 1000 smaller parcels, and your parcel is one of them. Our clearing agents are in the process of submitting the documents required in order to get the consignment released, and we will advise as soon as we have any further feedback. Unfortunately, the inspection can take ±10–15 days to complete, so delivery of your parcel will be delayed until we receive the release from Customs. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

I ordered twice from Temu. Both times Buffalo informed me of the tax, I paid it and very soon the parcels were delivered. No problem
Useless
If I could give - stars I would. My package has been to from JHB DC to VAAL DC back to JHB DC back to the VAAL DC and now again to JHB DC pass my house 3 Times as I live 15km from JHB DC. And when I call them all they can say is they are sorry but keep promising I get it first I get promise I get it Thursday or Friday this week now I am being told Monday Tuesday next week. I wonder if I call Monday I be told no Wednesday Thursday. I think it time we all try and contact temu and make them understand they need someone new. Or better yet we stop ordering
5 Star Service
After reading such bad reviews and having placed my first order with Temu, I felt very nervous. Thankfully, I had no need to worry at all. I placed my order with Temu on 3 September and delivery was estimated between 10-26 September. I had notifications throughout the entire process with delivery being today, 12 September. I also live in an outlying area so very happy with Temu and Buffalo service.
Boycott Buffalo couriers
Seeing everyone's reviews does not surprise me since I am in the same boat. This company should be banned from South Africa since a lot of people do order from Shein/Temu but shocking shocking how poor Buffalo's communication services are.. I don't have words.

This is by far THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!! No customer service, poor communication and a general lack of service.
They deliver TEMU orders, as a result of there service I will also not be buying from TEMU anymore. I ordered pruducts in April 2024. On 18, 20 and 30th May I paid the same taxes & VAT, because they would not release my package. They then returned my parcel to sender. I had the supplier resend the parcel but once again they wanted payment from buffaloex. I have sent countless emails, spoke to numerous agents after holding on forever, I have filled in refund forms and provided Proof of Payment. I have sent emails to each and every buffaloex mail address that I could find on the internet including HR out of utter desperation. No response, no parcel, no refund. They are the worst most unhelpful, incompetent service providers in the world!!!!!!!!! The whatsapp number takes you to the refund form download, and nobody attends to that either.

Most frustrating SMS they send with no explanation. I have made numerous calls to their call centre and spoke to several friendly agents, but NO luck. This is the worst service I have received from a courier company in quite a while, especially considering that I receive deliveries from a range of courier companies on a weekly basis. Buffalo are the first one to just never find our place...
