Worst delivery company I have ever experienced, delays for delivery, a lie stating I requested a change to the delivery date, and rude responses to my emails, or they were simply ignored..
Stay away from them..

Three Times Lucky

Ordered shein three times and each time I was put with Buffalo and I can honestly say it has been a stress-free experience each time, they do what they need to do and the one time I had a question and called, they answered and helped without hesitation. Currently waiting on my third order to be delivered and they keep their tracking up to date and im excited to get the deleivery!
After my current dealings with one if the couriers I got through bash, You can honestly be happy if you get buffalo logistics. If I could choose a logistics and courier company to work with everytime i made an order anywhere, it would definitely be Buffalo

What a rubbish courier service

What a rubbish courier service. They took my parcel then they told me it was destroyed by custom. You cannot get a straight answer from them or Temu. I'm disgusted by their service. Keep my items i hope you are happy. Dispicable human being stealling from hard working people.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. I've been waiting for my package from 5th November. My package went back why I don't understand cause I've been using the same address. Their communication platform is useless. I don't know what to do to get my package!!!!

I am very much disgusted by Buffalo services have been damn told that the courier is out to deliver my order BUFZA6LL46429J4YQ and then claims he's returning my order without even calling me the whole bloody day. This company is nonsense because at first they were telling me delay of flights and then now l get this. Nonsense man

Don't use this company

They can't seem to get anything right, their core business is logistics but they don't seem to understand that. The worst communication of any courrier service. Please avoid at all cost

They should change to ‘they deliver disappointment because this company is very incompetent.lm tracing my parcel and l can’t find it.l called support and they told me to go on my app.They are very rude also!!!!!……….after paying so much customs you also have to wait 😭😭mmxxxx

STAY AWAY!!!!!

This is the worst experience known to man or beast. Beyond a joke! 5 mails on average I had to send a day sometimes receiving an automated response, other times nothing. Stay away from anything to do with these Muppets. Customer service does not exist. If you order a service through them expect an update in 2032.

I had ordered a few items for my sons birthday off SHEIN, who uses these muppets. I wont be ordering anything off SHEIN again because of this.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! It's near impossible to get in contact with an actual human being. And if you do, they outright lie to you! Doesn't respond to emails. WhatsApp service is useless. Information about tracking changes and extends waiting period by the hour. South African postal service is faster than Buffalo!! I wish Shein would get rid of them as a courier option

Awful service

Awful service, courier delivered it to wrong address. They were supposed to deliver it to my house and the courier deliverd it to our local pharmacy because he was to lazy to call me because he was confused about where I live. I called the agent and they did not help at all, nor did they call back when they said they would. Thankfully I know the lady who works at the pharmacy and got my package, no help from buffalo whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Is buffalo the only courier to be used…

Is buffalo the only courier to be used when you order from shein or temu because they are dishonest they give you platforms where you can communicate with them but no they don't communicate they lie to you trough those platforms forms. They told me to speak to them via whatspp and when I did they ignored by whatspp they didn't answer only let that machine to only give me options to choose from after choose nothing happened. I wrote emails to them asking for this refund they didn't answer I called they said they are sending the form that i need to fill in to get the refund. I waited but no form instead they sent me email saying I must give them tracking number they just don't want to give me this form because they want to still that money.

poor service and communication

I've been waiting for my parcel for the past 4days in my status it shows out for delivery but no communication from the driver to ask my whereabouts but decided to return my parcel without any form of communication,second time status says driver couldn't get hold of me.sent couple of emails and now I'm being told I'll pay another fee for my delivery ,how absurd it is?driver says he couldn't leave parcel anywhere as there was no safe place to leave which was a lie coz premises has security gates before u enter and already i alerted guards of my parcel incase they arrive while i knocked off

They're the worst my parcel out for…

They're the worst my parcel out for delivery on Saturday next thing on Monday when i track it "your order is returned because driver couldn't finish delivery" like how the f### is that my business? their customer service is I don't have words for those little liars. Worse part there's no communication from them you have to call them they don't bother updating you. Latest "Good day, According to our records your parcel is queued for dispatching during the course of this week should no delays occur. Regards"

Buffalo is pathetic

Buffalo is the worst ever courier. I have an order that needs to go back to Temu and Buffalo were supposed to contact me to schedule to return the parcel and they still didn’t since the 22nd of October. I tried phoning the returns department but know one is answering. If you try another selection they just refuse to assist l. Their WhatsApp line is a scam as well as the email they send to you in an auto generated message.

They are now very expensive

They are now very expensive. Customs price are half the price of orders above R1500. They are expensive. They will split your order into 3 and you pay custome more than R200 for each and will amount to a total of R600 plus
