I got the message of my parcel being…

I got the message of my parcel being out for delivery and it gave a 48hour time period.

At around 6ish in the evening the delivery guy calls to ask me to meet him at a garage(gas station) near by cause he fears being followed and hijacked when he leaves my complex. As a female and also customer at a delivery company, being asked to pick up my parcel still at a random location is not ideal or happening.

He then returned the parcel and told me a new group of people that move around with security escorts will deliver my parcel the next day. The tracking system says I asked for rescheduling. I have received no assistance. No customer services except for the link to track the parcel and that's where they stop responding. I am furious, cause I have another day of awaiting communication about the delivery. If Buffalo logistics is the only way Shein is sending things to South Africa, I am out. The last delivery service company had clearer communication and customer service was on point.

They have the worst communication system ever.

I am editing my review above my original review, because, in Buffaloex's defence, they eventually sorted it out. I think their issue lies mainly with the fact that their website user interface and communication ease and accessibility aren't client-friendly. Especially for those who are not that tech-savvy. From this point on is my original review: "They have the worst communication system ever. I have tried to get my parcel delivered more than 4 failed attempts but for some reason, they can't update an address or phone number because their "systems don't allow it" and the call centre people don't have access to the driver numbers. What is the actual what? You're in the business of delivering parcels but your systems don't allow you to do that effectively. I am absolutely stunned. Shein and Temu should rethink their courier services because I won't be ordering from either of them again due to this issue."

Worst Courier Company

Absolutely worst Courier Company in the world. Liars and cheats. Took my import taxes, never delivered products. Said they failed to deliver but could show no proof. Never in my life will I use this Company or buy from any Company that uses Buffalo.

The service is absolutely terrible 0 star rating

The service is absolutely terrible. It’s a shame they were given the contract to work with Temu.

Their drivers are outright liars who claim they’ve called when they haven’t, leading to your parcel being returned to the warehouse. Once that happens, the process goes completely downhill. I’ve been calling them for 8 consecutive days, and my issue remains unresolved.

Some of their call centre agents will even hang up on you when they don’t know how to assist. To make matters worse, they don’t seem to record any details of your previous calls. Every time you follow up, it feels like you’re starting from scratch, explaining the entire issue all over again.

In all my life, I have never experienced service this appalling. Temu should seriously consider switching to a more reliable service provider like DSV or Skynet in South Africa.

Impossible to reach

Impossible to reach. Their WhatsApp and email is a bot. Their app doesn't send verification codes to log in. Their call agents are rude and hang up on you. They had my package and then lost it and it's taken 2 weeks with no resolution. Abysmal

THE WORST SERVICE EVER

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. My parcel still hasn’t arrived after one month even though everyday I get an email saying it will adrive that day - and their customer service is non existent.. literally.

Most useless delivery company on the PLANET

Most useless, pathetic delivery service I have EVER experienced. What a joke!!!

They keep "delivering" to my office outside of business hours... Really??? Don't the drivers check "business hours" prior to planning their day?

So let's see if they can get it right the 3rd time they try and deliver my parcel?

Why don't they CALL???

They also state you need to make contact with them on their WhatsApp number which NOBODY EVER responds to... What is the point of having this number then?

And to top it off NOBODY answers the landline. They just say to make contact with them on the WhatsApp number. So you keep going in circles.

Temu, do you even KNOW how unhappy your customers are?

Buffalo, how are you even still in business? I have no words....

I paid costoms duties and tax but no delivery has been made Buffalo logistics always says my package will be delivered within 48 - 78 hours it's been 2 weeks+ but delivery.

I had 2 attempts deliveries from them first one says my package was wrongly allocated second one delivery unfinished so I don't know what's going on if they don't want to deliver why not refund me

I just received my eagerly awaited…

I just received my eagerly awaited parcel.
I just got home from work and left my phone i the car.My son informed me that no parcel was delivered yet.
Suddenly we hear this loud continuous hooting outside our gate that went on until someone went out the gate.
The driver and assistant thougt it was funny a d said that they tried contacting me but to no available.I went to check my phone and there was literally ONE minute inbetween when they phoned and started hooting like mad outside my house.
Sadly they didnt seem to care.
This is really the worst customer services experienced ever....I think the driver go by the name Kurt...how rude....

Not a reliable delivery company with No customer support

I completely agree with all the negative comments on this site regarding Buffalo Ex. No actual humans to speak to. When you do get through to them they only tell you the parcel has been sent out for delivery. Apparently it has been failed to deliver at my address since the 24th December but I received no email or SMS or WhatsApp confirmation that it was on its way. I have tried the Bot online and the WhatsApp chat which is "not alive" as one of the previous commentors stated. I am concerned that this is a spam or hack so I have not clicked on any of their links. I've manually typed in their tracking codes. Would not recommend this company at all.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I have a parcel being delivered since 24.12.2024 and every time, once they decide to update their status on my delivery, it says, the parcel is returned to the warehouse due to incorrect allocation. This is now the 3rd time for the same parcel. I'm sitting with the same issue of not knowing why, what or when because they do not answer your emails, whatsapps, phone calls etc. Pathetic service honestly!
This will seriously make me not want to order from Shein or Temu or any other places using Buffalo as their courier service.

Worst courier service in Southern…

Worst courier service in Southern Africa. No response from their reps on WhatsApp. Their telephone automated service is in audible, lines are not properly manned. Not at all user friendly. I'm only giving a star because I have to. It's a minus 10 for me.

Have been trying to get a refund

I have been trying to get a refund for a double payment for import duty tax since April 2024 for the amount of R760.99. I have sent numerous emails including the form that needs to be filled in as well as my bank statement showing the double payments.
Seems like the emails sends an automated reply with no follow up
