Brookfield Comfort is not the right fit for customer's looking for throw away fashion. Multiple purchase motivation, for cheap items used just once does confuse us to be honest. The product materials need to be sourced, workers spend time putting them together, and sometimes in awful conditions. Then you have the transport between oceans and roads. They have their place with customers and businesses, but that's not for us. Our customers order online freely, knowing they can be returned easily, if not suitable. But with full intention to use them more than once, and fully enjoy all their benefits and comfort.

Refused to refund me the correct amount even when I explained that this was the law. No clear explanation given and then ended the call and refused to respond when I called again

Fantastic experience from a 1st time buyer
Never heard of this store before but after checking their trust pilot reviews decided to place an order as they had very competitive prices on their Birkenstock shoes.
Definitely don’t regret it - delivery was fast, kept updated with tracking and shoes are original Birkenstock and just PERFECT!
Will most definitely be ordering from this store again, thank you so much for a seamless customer experience x

Birkenstock EVA Sandals …
I purchased a pair of Birkenstock EVA sandals for holiday at a great price and I am so pleased with them. They are very comfortable and I can see me wearing them a lot. I would say I’m usually a size 5/38 but chose to go down a size to a 4/37 and I’m so glad I did as they fit perfectly!

It was wrongfully addressed and the courier returned it and now the company can’t find the parcel so no refund as yet a very disappointed customer.

In this case, key address details were missing, which is why Royal Mail couldn't find your address.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I originally ordered the wrong pair and emailed them. No problem just swapped it. Then had to return and get a smaller size. New shoes sent and refund in the bank in less than a week. It couldn't have been any better!
