Great towels and delivery time good! Looked high and low for fun beach towels that were quality and finally fell upon Slowtide via buying one of their gorgeous towels in Saltrock. Really lovely colour... Se mer

The Art of Drying Off. Founded by way of California and Hawaii in 2015, three friends started Slowtide as a product of their lifestyle. After spending long days at the beach, they realized that there was no towel that was both exciting and fit their daily needs; so they set out to create one. Dario Phillips, Kyle Spencer, and Wylie Von Tempsky left their corporate jobs to build a new canvas for art in the form of a towel. Inspired by all bodies of water and a love of art, Slowtide is a collaboration of three friends who wanted to convey their lifestyle through unique products.

Misadverising as oeko tex certified

Looked for a picnic rug that was oeko tex certified and found slowtide said all of their products exceeded oeko tex standards - sounds great! They dont advertise their certificate numbers despite that being part of the requirements but mistakes happen so I contacted the brand themselves who didnt respond for over a week, despite multiple chases and despite activity on their channels. They then responded asking why I wanted it which seemed suspicious. When they sent the certificate through, as expected, it was expired. I pointed this out and they sent me a different certificate, for a different product... when I pointed this out, I've had no response. This was over 2 weeks ago now.

Clearly not up to date with their oeko tex certifications and should no longer be claiming as such as this is false advertising. Their responses were also incredibly poor given they are misselling. I wouldn't trust this brand.

Great product

Great product, efficiently delivered. We have one of these blankets ourselves, so it was an obvious choice when our son asked for a good beach blanket.

Great items and service

I came across this brand in a surf shop in Jersey, their towels caught my eye, even my husband who is not interested in towels wanted one of their haven towels! Recently purchased a fabulous poncho and 2 haven towels. Excellent customer service too. Looking forward to gifting these to the husband at Christmas!

A posh dog towel for me to enjoy Website was easy they all just run…

Website was easy they all just run smoothly. Oh I was offered 15% discount for first purchase but couldn’t do that but later on in the day a 10% thing came up so I ordered wait for it posh posh dog towel they try so quickly and look so good When we are away we have just had a month on the outer Hebrides and the Isle of Tiree big surfing place but I wasn’t surfing thank you the quality et cetera is just fantastic
