Bromford Omdömen 

Only been with bromford for nearly 9 months now and we have never had a problem at all with anything we had to have done in the house. Everyone who's been out have been really friendly and have done a fantastic job. I used to live in a council house and i would never go back to being a council tenant again. Bromford have been fantastic from day 1 and I am so glad I chose to move in to a bromford house 🙂

Rob did a really good job fixing my shower. He was very friendly, polite and helpful.

My Mum @ beaumoor had new windows installed today and very happy with both workmen. Ben and Leroy they done good job and very polite .

I had to rearrange my boiler service check and I rang through and spoke to an adviser from Bromford - Laura Smith.
She was kind, considerate and very professional giving me alternative dates.

Richard H was polite and fixed my repair quickly, he also left the area clean

Lee came to my mother in laws house to repair a broken path. He was polite and professional and when he carried out the job and was very tidy.

My experience was 1st Leon who re-furbished my kitchen was Polite, Cheerful,Good company and worked very hard . When someone is in your home for 2 weeks I got to know him well. He was everything I wrote above.He did a perfect job in my kitchen. It now feels like my kitchen. Thank you Leon.

I rang in to report a repair and spoke with Macey. Macey was extremely polite and helpful. Macey showed a truly genuine level of kindness and support.
If it were not for the wonderful staff who answer the phone....I would give bromford a minus if I could.

Had a new kitchen fitted absolutely over the moon with it, the guy who fitted it was always on time and worked extremely hard and the other workmen who cane out were the same as well, a huge thank you to everyone involved I really appreciate it thank you

Would have chosen 0 stars if that was an option! Currently sat in my house that smells like a sewer, absolutely dreading this next week with the heat that’s forecast. Reported an overgrown tree in my garden approx 2 years ago. It’s pushing up the patio/slabbed area in garden making it dangerous. My grandson fell over one recently and cut his toe 😡 tree was surveyed over 18 months ago and was told it needs to come down. Some of the slabs where the drains are are cracked and broken due to the tree roots. Now in a situation where had to call emergency service on Saturday night due to downstairs flooding with sewage, lovely guy come out but unfortunately couldn’t sort. Drainage company were supposed to call Sunday, surprise surprise no call. Called again Monday morning and still no joy. Had no record of the call out and they are arranging another repair request.!!! If they had sorted the situation with the tree in a reasonable time I’m 99% positive I would t be having this issue. Off to see my local MP as it’s making me ill

Richard came to unblock my sink. Very polite did the job properly no mess. Very happy customer.

I just wanted to say how incredibly brilliant my builder Karl James has been whilst working on my home.

He is polite & punctual. Has excellent craftsmanship and really does work incredibly hard at his job.

I’m am so pleased with my new bathroom, it’s been a long time coming and i absolutely love it. Thank you 🙏🏼

We had an emergency with our blocked shower, Lee, the employee from Bromford was at ours within the hour.
Lee was very polite, friendly and very professional throughout his time there.

Contractors rang before hand to check i was home. Sam and Andy were very polite and friendly explaining what they were going to do and how they were going to fix my roof. Work completed in a experienced manner.

Friendly staff explained every procedure, how long it would take. Cleaned up every day after work took a couple of weeks but made sure we had facilities to use.All finished looks lovely

I had a visit from bromford today and he fix the leaking fast and clean.

He has been absolutely amazing! Helpful, polite, respectful and through!
I honestly couldn’t have any higher praise for him!

My son is disabled and a wheelchair user. He had a problem in his home with a leak under the sink and shower hose. I phoned Bromford and Lee got back to me really quickly.Itwas classed as an emergency as my son is vulnerable.
Lee the plumber did a great job and put on two new seals.

Lee the Bromford engineer was informative, kept the area safe while working and cleaned/tided the area he was working on before he left. The pathway was a trip hazard prior to the work being carried out. I am emailing on behalf of my elderly relatives of where the work was carried out

Lee was very friendly and polite. Happy to answer any questions even if weren't related to the job and efficiently fixed the problem with the toilet. Thank you soo much for your expertise and welcoming manner. Happy to open the door to a smile and a hello.
