I had darren visit me to day to fix my front door handle, and my sons bedroom window handle, he was so lovely and poilite and pointed out a problem that I had no idea about.

Very pleased with our experience, Lee was quick and went above and beyond just to get it done today to save us having a unlocked door tonight, really appreciated it and he was patient with mu little one and was understanding

Problem solving
Always very helpful and Cait in customer services was particularly amazing, helping me through a couple of complicated issues. My housing officer Jane is one of the nicest human beings. I feel very taken care of. Thank you team!

New kitchen
We have had a new kitchen and it looks great! Honestly the guy who did it was fab, turned up on time, worked all day (even in the extreme weather) and communicated and listened to any questions we had! Amazing job Thankyou

Had a lovely lad come here today called Adam Porter. He was absolutely outstanding. He explained to me what he was doing. I told him what I was told on the phone and that was to put water over the door that would not shut And also I might get charged for them coming out. They said they would come out, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous and he said if I ever worry about shutting a door overnight, I should find the emergency services never to leave a door open overnight felt safe and comfortable talking to him

Two fantastic chaps Dave Roughley and Kyle S
So had to write a review for today. A tough day in red alert temperatures, my son home from school struggling with the heat and my patio doors jammed and couldn’t open. A nightmare !
Dave Roughley and Kyle attended to solve the issue for me today . And have to say they were brilliant . Not an easy visit in this heat , took them an hour to take the door apart to fix the mechanism inside the door . I have to honestly say these two are an absolute credit to Bromford . They take pride in their work, and do the job properly , and could teach a few others a thing or two.
Please pass on a huge thankyou to them both. I didn’t get Kyle’s surname so I hope you let him know also a big thankyou for your hard work today .

Nicky who took my call was very understanding and listened to my concerns and took on board my urgency of the repairs being carried out on the same day.
Nicky was very polite helpful and gave me all the information I need.
Within a few hrs the Gas engineer arrived and fix the issue.

Fence replacement
The employee, Lee, kept me fully informed of his time of arrival.He had an awful job, having to cut away all overgrowth from adjoining property before he replaced the post and fencing. He wax polite at all times and today he came to take away the old fencing.
