Born Living Yoga Omdömen

I placed an order on November 29, and as of today, December 12, it has still not arrived. I contacted customer support and was told that they would “open a ticket,” but since then I haven’t received any further response. There is not even a tracking number available. This is particularly disappointing because I had previously tried your yoga sets through other retailers and had a positive experience. I sincerely hope that this order will arrive soon, or at least that customer support will provide me with an update.

I like the products of Born Living Yoga , but the return policy is very confusing . Did everything according there policy, the pickup didn’t happen, the QR code on my mobile I received wasn’t valid for the post office, then I printed the return label and this was accepted. But now I still receive reminders because this all took many days and they already sent my money back, don’t know what to do else.

Excellent quality! The products are beautiful, well crafted, and look even better in real. Happy with my purchase.

Ainda nao recebi a encomenda.

I absolutely love Born leggings and these striped peach ones are just gorgeous. I get so many nice comments!

Lamentable

I was really excited about my purchase, because the color of the set is absolutely beautiful…
But now I’m completely disappointed and angry.
Yesterday, after wearing the leggings just once, the seam ripped in the inner seam area, creating a hole and unraveling the entire section that is supposed to be reinforced.
For context, I’m 165 cm tall and weigh 48 kg, and the size S was even loose on me, so there is absolutely no way this damage could have been caused by misuse or excessive strain.
This is clearly a manufacturing defect, with weak, poor-quality stitching that does not match the level of quality the brand claims to offer.
It’s unacceptable to spend money on a garment that falls apart after one use.
On top of that, since I removed the tag assuming the product was normal and wearable, I can’t even return it, which is extremely frustrating considering the issue is clearly structural and not caused by me.
I am requesting a full refund or an immediate replacement for the defective item.
A truly disappointing experience — I will not purchase again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I love your clothes, i only use your brand to workout.
I love the colors, the design, the quality, the comfort that gives...
Thank you.
It is just a shame not to send it directly to Madeira Island (Portugal).

Worse return process - since almost 2 weeks and after several emails I‘m still waiting for my return label.
I really like their products, but this is the 2nd time having this issues for returning items.

Demande de retour jamais prise en charge !

Great product , honest service

I did not receive my package yet and you are not finding a solution yet.
I paid in advance and not received anything because your courier lost the package and you are not sending another product to me. Incredible and awful experience. I am definitively not advice anyone to buy online from you unless you don’t find a solution very quickly.

The clothes are so nice but I want to return one of them, and it's very difficult.
I sent two mails but I received no answer ....
