I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a pair of sports leggings I recently purchased from your brand. Unfortunately, after only the first use, the seams started to come apart, which was very unexpected given that these leggings are supposed to be durable and suitable for sports activities (I have pictures related to this feedback, but I can’t include them in this forma).

I chose to invest in your brand because your products seemed to stand out for their superior quality, which makes this experience all the more frustrating and disappointing.

Could you please let me know if it is possible to replace this item? I believe this must have been a defective product, as it does not reflect the quality I expected when choosing your brand.

Great products, great design, great materials. Laughably inadequate returns process. Maybe it works within Spain, but not outside. It's a damn good thing I decided after a few weeks that I wanted to keep my 'returned' sports top after all. I will buy their clothes again, but not from their website.

Le prix d'un article diffère suivant qu'on vit en France ou en Espagne. A Quoi sert l'Europe ? J'ai acheté des articles en Italie, Allemagne et Angleterre et le coût est le même quel que soit le lieu de résidence ! De plus les frais de port sont élevés.

I wouldn't purchase again. I have about 6 pairs of their pants. One fabric shows every little flaw, lump, imperfection (purchased 2 years ago in Spain). The two pairs I ordered 2 weeks ago (sent to Italy) are a different fabric, which feels like cheap, unbreathable plastic. It feels awful when I sweat, or in hot weather. I can't tell the difference between these and cheap $15 pants. The new pairs are more forgiving of what they show, but the texture feels awful. My skin cannot breathe, but they're fine, I guess, if you buy them on sale.

Great products, friendly customer service! Have been a client since several years now. As a yoga teacher, I really appreciate what Born Living Yoga has been doing.

J’ai commandé un APAMALA LEGGINGS IN STORMY GREY en soldes, je l’ai porté une fois, trou à l’entre jambe.
J’ai contacté le service client qui ne me propose qu’un remboursement du produit sans rembourser les frais de port, pas d’échange possible car je suis en France.
Je me retrouve donc dans la situation où si je veux avoir le même article, il faut que je paye une seconde fois les frais de port alors que l’article est défectueux de base. Ce n’est pas normal de devoir assumer des frais supplémentaires en cas d’article défectueux.
En plus, il faut sans cesse relancer le service client pour qu’il daigne répondre.
Lamentable pour une marque qui prône la qualité.

POR FAVOR NO COMPREN EN ESTA EMPRESA. Les cuento mi experiencia: realice una compra de varias prendas desde la pagina web, concretamente el martes 24 de junio, esta compra era para un regalo de cumpleaños de cara al fin de semana, ha pasado una semana y aun no he recibido el producto, ni me han devuelto el dinero ni me han repuesto las prendas. En su pagina web tienen un compromiso de entrega de 24/48 horas que no han cumplido, me he puesto en contacto varias veces con el departamento de atención al cliente, tanto telefónicamente como por correo, me dicen que me darán una solución, pero como he comentado ha pasado una semana y sigo sin tenerla. Empresa totalmente desaconsejable.

The clothes are good quality but if you're ordering from the UK, I would avoid it at all costs!

Their website states:
"Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes. Born Living Yoga assumes all of these costs."

Apparently, Born Living Yoga does not assume these costs and I was hit with an import fee from DHL. What makes matters worse is that this company charges £12 for both delivery and returns - so now I'm stuck with a top that doesn't fit right because it doesn't make sense to return it. When I complained via chat all I received was "Sorry for the inconvenience." !!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

The return process was a complete mess – multiple promised pickups that never happened, zero reliability, and incredibly unhelpful communication. I was blamed for their logistical failures and faced unrealistic demands months later.

Honestly, I expected better from a brand in this price range. Totally unprofessional – won’t be ordering again.

Tras realizar mi 1er pedido (sin crear una cuenta) y pagarlo a traves de Paypal no recibi el email de confirmación. Les llamé, me atendieron enseguida, me pidieron el comprobante de pago, vieron que por error yo habia puesto mal mi email. Lo corrigiron al instante y mandaron pedido de immediato. todo muy rápido y con extrema amabilidad y eficiencia. Pedido ya en casa en 24h

The ordering process and delivery are very efficient. I like the material of the clothes but the size doesn't match, the cuts are weird. However, I usually buy Lulu Lemon, Nike, Odlo, it's always consistent but not this one. I'm a little frustrated by that, I was looking forward to making it my new favorite brand

Produits de qualité. Service après-vente irréprochable : si vous renvoyez les produits et souhaitez être remboursé, le remboursement est immédiat, avant même d'avoir envoyé les produits ! Ce qui est rare de nos jours !!!
