Puede que sea muy bonito el diseño, pero la calidad es mala. Al segundo lavado, tenía tanto el pantalón y el top roce como si estuviera desgastado. Después del precio tan costoso, no merece nada la pena. Estuve intentando ponerme en contacto y tras varios correos hasta después de un mes no me contestaron. Aún así los pantalones por el tejido hay que estar subiéndolos todo el rato, no es práctico para hacer deporte.

Excellent order process - efficient and fast delivery. Then when items didn't fit, INCREDIBLY easy to return (package collection organised from my home for free, and refund issued immediately). Very helpful and would love this service from other companies.

No volvería a comprar jamás ropa de born living yoga. Las mallas se me han dado de sí en dos puestas y la atención al cliente es nefasta. He tardado dos meses en lograr que me devuelvan el dinero de unos productos que devolví y gracias a Decatlhon porque Born living yoga jamás se puso en contacto conmigo.

una estrella porque no puedo poner ninguna, deplorable atención al cliente, rozando la estafa,ni contestan mails ni teléfono, mas de dos meses y sigo esperando a que vengan a buscar el producto, devolución que he pagado, y me devuelvan el dinero. Siento que me están tomando el pelo.
El género, ni mejor ni peor que otros, pero sale muy cara la broma si no te queda bien y has de solicitar devoluciones. Nunca mas.

J’avais déjà commandé chez eux via The Bradery, j’étais très contente des produits. J’ai commandé à nouveau 3 ans après directement chez eux. Impossible de contacter le SAV pour un retour. Plusieurs mails, des messages ig…On devait m’envoyer un transporteur, qui n’est jamais venu. J’ai fini par trouver comment obtenir une étiquette. J’ai renvoyé le colis, mais aucun remboursement après près de 3 semaines! Ils ne répondent pas aux mails, je les harcèle sur Instagram, ils ne répondent pas non plus au téléphone. Et en plus la qualité a énormément baissé. Les legging sont beaucoup plus fins, moins résistants, moins gainants, et un de ceux commandés s’est décousu après 3 lavages, alors que je porte toujours mes anciennes tenues! Plus jamais, j’attends toujours mes 70€.

Expérience catastrophique, un achat en ligne pour plus de 300 €. Pas de bordereau Retour?!

Tampoco contestan al correo electrónico.
Es por una devolución que llevo detrás de dicha incidencia más de una semana y lo único que he conseguido es contactar con el chat que siempre me dice lo mismo paro no me da la solución.

I bought several items from Born living yoga and I can say that all of them are of excellent quality, nice fit. Good value for money. The orders arrived on time.

Shipping took a long time and some of the items I ordered had marks on them as if they had been worn already… I will try to wash them and hopefully get them clean 😳

I bought the Annapurna sports bra several months ago and liked it so much that I bought two more. It's the most comfortable sports bra I have ever owned. The wide straps give good support. The bra slips on and off easily, never bites, and comes in nice colors. I use it for daily wear, yoga, physical therapy, and am very happy with it.

La atención al cliente es deplorable, de hecho solo me queda denunciarles. El producto como tantos otros, nada a destacar, salvo que sale carísimo si tienes problemas de tallas y debes hacer cambios.He pagado la devolución, y tengo menos dinero y sigo sin poder hacer el cambio.Llamo cada día, envio e-mails y no contestan, de sinvergüenzas.

Colis retourné non remboursé, aucune réponse du service client malgré 3 relances.

Es imposible contactar con ellos. Llevo 3 días llamando por telèfono, escribiendo emails y 0 respuesta. El chat no funciona….
Vaya atención al cliente.
La calidad y el diseño increibles pero deberían atender la postventa.

Las devoluciones son complicadas y ya es la segunda vez que me pasa.La última vez, me costó tres meses hacer una devolución.Esta vez,ya veremos.
Imposible hablar con alguien por teléfono....con mucha pena pero no vuelvo a comprar aquí.

I ordered four items that unfortunately didn’t fit me. The return process is extremely strange: a courier is supposed to come to your home to collect the parcel with a return label. Of course, no one shows up or contacts you.

A link is provided in the return procedure email to print a label and drop the parcel at a pickup point. The link didn’t work — it took me a long time to realize that the period at the end of the sentence was accidentally included in the URL. If this happens to you, make sure to remove the final dot so you can access the link and print the label! I honestly don’t know what to do anymore!

But that’s not the end of the story. A week later, I started receiving emails saying that the brand still hadn’t received my return, that I was past the deadline, and that they would charge me for the items if they didn’t receive them. I have proof from GLS that the parcel was handed over, I send it to the customer service but it is nonexistent — none of my emails or calls have received any response. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore!

Never buy from them!
