Shipping took a long time and some of the items I ordered had marks on them as if they had been worn already… I will try to wash them and hopefully get them clean 😳

I bought the Annapurna sports bra several months ago and liked it so much that I bought two more. It's the most comfortable sports bra I have ever owned. The wide straps give good support. The bra slips on and off easily, never bites, and comes in nice colors. I use it for daily wear, yoga, physical therapy, and am very happy with it.

La atención al cliente es deplorable, de hecho solo me queda denunciarles. El producto como tantos otros, nada a destacar, salvo que sale carísimo si tienes problemas de tallas y debes hacer cambios.He pagado la devolución, y tengo menos dinero y sigo sin poder hacer el cambio.Llamo cada día, envio e-mails y no contestan, de sinvergüenzas.

Colis retourné non remboursé, aucune réponse du service client malgré 3 relances.

Es imposible contactar con ellos. Llevo 3 días llamando por telèfono, escribiendo emails y 0 respuesta. El chat no funciona….
Vaya atención al cliente.
La calidad y el diseño increibles pero deberían atender la postventa.

Las devoluciones son complicadas y ya es la segunda vez que me pasa.La última vez, me costó tres meses hacer una devolución.Esta vez,ya veremos.
Imposible hablar con alguien por teléfono....con mucha pena pero no vuelvo a comprar aquí.

I ordered four items that unfortunately didn’t fit me. The return process is extremely strange: a courier is supposed to come to your home to collect the parcel with a return label. Of course, no one shows up or contacts you.

A link is provided in the return procedure email to print a label and drop the parcel at a pickup point. The link didn’t work — it took me a long time to realize that the period at the end of the sentence was accidentally included in the URL. If this happens to you, make sure to remove the final dot so you can access the link and print the label! I honestly don’t know what to do anymore!

But that’s not the end of the story. A week later, I started receiving emails saying that the brand still hadn’t received my return, that I was past the deadline, and that they would charge me for the items if they didn’t receive them. I have proof from GLS that the parcel was handed over, I send it to the customer service but it is nonexistent — none of my emails or calls have received any response. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore!

Never buy from them!

Por Reyes me regalaron una esterilla. En el primer uso, perdió color a trozos. Llevo desde el 1 de febrero mandando correos a su dirección de correo electrónico y, por supuesto, no he obtenido respuesta. Tampoco me han contestado por otros medios (chat, redes sociales…). Es realmente una vergüenza que te cobren los productos a precio de oro y luego no se hagan responsables de nada más.

Llevo 15 dias esperando desde la aceptación de mi devolución a que me ingresen el dinero 158€!. He enviado 2 email y no contestan. El chat de ayuda al cliente es un robot, y llamo por telefono 30 min de espera y aun no me lo cogen. Una verguenza! me di el trabajo de buscar una marca local para no dar dinero a las grandes marcas y ha sido el peor error. Compra hecha en Barcelona.

Very confortable 2 in 1 shorts. Still, a bit heavy and had some fabric defects… I opened the parcel and had some dark lines in the inside tight short, like it’s dirty. Washed them and still there… a brand new shorts with stains.

The clothes were great, but on trying to arrange a return from uk did not get support to do this, emails remain unanswered for days. I had to send back without following returns procedure and just hope I get a refund. Wouldn’t order again.

Igual que otros usuarios he tenido horrible experiencia con la devolución. Los de Born directamente pasan de tí y ni responden y la empresa que está por el medio (Reveni) por lo menos son simpáticos pero tampoco pueden ayudar mucho ya que es una plataforma automática.
