J'ai déjà acheté des ensembles chez BLY pour mon épouse. Celui-ci sera offert pour son anniversaire, le 29 janvier. Donc en attente ...

I placed an order on January 16. The parcel appears to have been shipped but then stopped in Madrid, where it has remained ever since, with no tracking updates.

I tried to contact the company via chat on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, without receiving any response. On Wednesday I also sent an email to their support address. On Thursday, I finally received chat replies — in Spanish, despite the fact that I had written in English — with unclear and irrelevant messages referring to “Black” returns and stating that they are unable to keep up with chat requests due to high demand.

A few points need to be made:
1. If a company cannot manage its live chat, it should be disabled.
2. If a customer support email address is provided, a minimum response time should be guaranteed. Not receiving any reply within 24 hours is unacceptable.

The issue is not the shipping time — I am perfectly willing to wait even a month. The real problem is the consistently absent customer service, and when it does respond, it is superficial, confusing, and rushed. Had I not purchased from this company before, I would have genuinely suspected a scam.

For this reason, I will never purchase again from a company that clearly does not understand the value of proper customer support.

I placed an order that arrived quickly, everything was very well packaged and handled with care. Of course, I loved all the products, always of very high quality.

Perfect, fast delivery and the product is perfect.

I received a Born Living Yoga set as a Christmas gift. I usually wear size S on top and M on the bottom in all brands, which is what was purchased for me, but unfortunately it didn’t fit.

I contacted the brand to request a size exchange, not a refund, but they refused because the 30-day return period had passed, even though it was only a few days over and during the Christmas season most stores extend their return policy.

The lack of flexibility, poor after-sales service, and inaccurate sizing were very disappointing. I won’t recommend the brand or purchase from them again.

J’ai commandé une tenue de yoga le 07/01 et il n’est toujours pas livré. J’ai contacté la marque sur son service client (tel et mail) + insta + LinkedIn, sans réponse. Dans cette situation la marque a l’obligation de faire une réclamation au transporteur (GLS) afin que le produit soit retrouvé ou remboursé.
Je n’ai jamais vu un service client aussi nul.

He realizado una compra y estoy esperando a que me recojan el producto y el reembolso. Iba a comprar mas cosas pero me esta quitando mucho tiempo el comprar aqui online y nadie responde a mis consultas.han venido a realizar un cambio de talla sin esperas eso si pero no contestan a mis consultas y tengo un paquete de reembolso todabia.

Impossible d'effectuer un retour correctement. Produit toujours pas remboursé après plus d'un mois et de nombreux emails sans retour.

Es una pena la mala experiencia post compra que dan. Me gusta sus productos, pero tener que hacer una devolución ha sido el peor dolor de cabeza que he tenido. Nadie te contesta, no te dan solución y la empresa de reembolso es la única que te da la cara mientras que ellos nada. Sinceramente, solo quiero devolver un producto y han pasado ya casi 4 semanas que llevo intentando y en Gls el qr no se puede leer. Les he dicho x veces a la empresa y no me dan solución. Una pena de Servicio

I didn’t received my package. Ordered on December 22, 2025. Today is January 4, 2026.

J'ai commandé (via la Redoute) un legging le 6 décembre , livré le 16 décembre par GLS.
Le produit lui même est joli et semble être de qualité mais trop juste en taille. J'ai vu ensuite sur le site qu'il fallait commander une taille au dessus.
J'ai donc demandé un retour via La Redoute en indiquant le motif. J'ai ensuite reçu plusieurs messages suite à ma demande d'explications sur le processus de retour.

On a l'impression d'un dialogue de "sourds". Je comprends que le transporteur fournira l'étiquette et viendra chercher le colis à mon domicile ! Curieux comme procédé !
Bref service clients nul. Nous sommes le 23 décembre et toujours pas de remboursement puisque le legging est toujours chez moi.
Les avis que j'ai lu (trop tard) confirment cette idée d'un service client déplorable et malhonnête !
Donc fuyez ou bien soyez sûr de ne pas devoir faire un retour.

Hace años que soy usuaria de la ropa de BLY. Me gustan los diseños y como sientan. Quizá se podría mejorar un poco más la calidad de la lycra (como en mi caso se usan mucho y se lavan también mucho, se desgastan más rápido de lo que me gustaría). Gracias

I really enjoy the quality of the items I ordered. I was really surprised by the thermic pants, super comfortable, just the waist should be adjustable. Loved the fitting and color of the top and leggings.

My package is lost

Î’m very upset , I was not able to pick up my order , the package is not at courrier nor at pick up point, despite many emails nobody can give me a correct answer , worth no réponse is given to me, it is a shame ! it is a Christmas gifs for a value of moré than 100 e withdrawn on my bank account , all is stuck from 3 déc 2025, i cannot but another gift because Îm not refund , this package is lost for sure , born living is responsible for the transport and related issue but they are not investigate futher …

I placed an order on November 29, and as of today, December 12, it has still not arrived. I contacted customer support and was told that they would “open a ticket,” but since then I haven’t received any further response. There is not even a tracking number available. This is particularly disappointing because I had previously tried your yoga sets through other retailers and had a positive experience. I sincerely hope that this order will arrive soon, or at least that customer support will provide me with an update.
