Ive had a new lock on a week back as it wouldn't unlock what made me drop the post & broke the lock at the cost of £50
Now the week old lock is acting up

We did this as a favour to help you out because you broke your lock by leaving the key in a dropping it, we had to drive 2 hours to get to you so you could get your car out! The lock is brand new and may need a little bit of tlc, go easy with it and it will work.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Unprofessional Service
My experience with BisonProduct has been overwhelmingly negative, and I genuinely don’t know where to begin. To start, it’s important to note that much of their work is outsourced to subcontractors. Unfortunately, this results in poor workmanship and very low-quality finishes. I’ve attached videos and photos that clearly show the standard of work delivered.
One of the biggest frustrations was dealing with the Sales Manager, Dominic. I found him rude, unhelpful, and unresponsive—ignoring both calls and texts on multiple occasions.
I paid £6,250 for a job that still hasn’t been completed properly, even after four separate attempts. The lack of skill and professionalism is shocking. Honestly, you’d get a better result watching a DIY video on YouTube and doing it yourself.
The quality of the products used was equally disappointing. For example, the locks started malfunctioning the very next day.
On top of all this, they left the site a mess. No cleanup, no care. I was genuinely surprised to find they didn’t even bring a brush to clean up after themselves.
In short: AVOID. Don’t waste your money or your time.

No toughened lock even when paid extra
Paid extra for toughened lock. The lock is no different. This company rips people off. Also don’t pay the extra for the hazard tape as it comes with it on anyway. They just try and squeeze more money out of you.
Avoid them. There out to rip people off.

Hi Sam, our toughened locks look exactly the same as the standard locks. The only difference is that they are made from stronger material but the finish is the same. As it happends we have upgraded all of our locks to the tougher model, as standard, with no extra cost.

Fraud? Deception?
Payed for a new industrial ladder stand off for my ladder on the Friday. Got an automatic response the part will be sent out soon! Monday get an email and surprise surprise the part I bought and was in stock had sold out. A lot of purchases that Friday must have been. I get told SEVEN to TEN days before mine can get dispatched. So seven days later I email to be told SEVEN to TEN days AGAIN! When I point this out to them I am then made aware that they have none in stock. They have NO MATERIAL in stock and once the material comes in they will proceed and make new ones!! Why sell something you do not have? Why lie? You took my money then tried to spin me off with lies! Never trust this firm! Absolute shambles of a firm. Don’t trust them. Just be honest at the start.

I must admit that sometimes we run out of material and sometimes its not caught in tiime and we run out of products. This is something that we work hard to monitor. Luckily all of our products are manufactured by us in the UK and it doesnt take long to get the products back in stock.
We apreciate that we live in world where we want everything immediately and a 7 to 10 day wait is a long time to wait so our appologies for that, I am sure that you recieved your stand off within the 10 days.
