Very good bikes and very good customer service.

Seriously. I'm on my second, my wife is on her first, and I'll be buying the kids one each when they're big enough and myself a hardtail if/when I can afford it.

Great bikes.

I've owned a 145 and AM9 and loved them both. Slack, aggressive and very, very capable whether in the trail centre, natural single tracking, down hill or smashing enduro routes.

My wife's on a 120 and its changed her view of mountain biking. She loved her old cheap bike, but once he's ridden the Bird there was no turning back and now I can't keep her off it.

And then there's the team. Bird's a small outfit, but their customer service is second to none. Easy to get in contact with, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not that I've had much cause to get in touch. My main gripe was with some MRP components I chose for my AM9, which weren't as reliable as I've of hoped. Bird were super helpful and flexible in getting my bike back on the trails without it costing me the earth.

Get the idea? Feckin' awesome. Top marks fellas!

- paint (orange) peels off quite easily, after assembly and first ride my frame has few white marks (base paint layer?)

I was told about bird by a friend, he said go on line and check them out.

I went on specked the bike exactly how I wanted it. I then called them up as I had some questions about the suspention and sizing. This is what really sold the bike for me.

The customer service is the best I have ever delt with. Great knowledge of the product and everything involved.

The bike turned up bang on time even with CV19 going on. I put it together in about half hour and I was away.

The bike itself decends like a downhill bike and climbs like a hardtail. My first ride I dident hold back, down my local trails i was picking up speed where on my previous bike i was cruzing.

I really wanted to put my money in to a British brand , but I got a world class bike.

I just picked up Aeris 145 frame after one year with Zero AM Boost. For the current price it's absolute bombshell. I recomend it to everyone who wants good bike with small budget. The frame is great despite it's low price. I am looking forward to shreding in bikeparks later this year.
