Bird Cycleworks Omdömen

Amazing bike! Amazing Service! Bird is the word.

This is my first experience buying a bike online and I wasn't disappointed. I was kept updated throughout the build process so no need to chase that all-important delivery date.
As for the bike itself I have only been on 2 rides but as far so good, does what every mtb at this price range should do, puts a huge smile on your face. Confidence inspiring, fun and reasonably light compared to similar bikes in this range (who needs carbon ;-) ) I have yet to deal with Birds after care but I have heard only good things.
Looking forward to a great summer !!!!!

Excellent service and speedy delivery as always.

Still stocking spares for my 4 (or more?) Year old bike, delivered super fast even during lockdown. Thanks guys!

Very happy with recent purchase from Bird Cycleworks - great products, quick shipping, and customer service/communication are brilliant. Have bought before, will buy again, and happily recommend to family and friends!

What a great homegrown company! Pleasure to deal with every time! 10/10

Excellent service with very good communication highly recommend company I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Ich love the bike and i love the Service. I did send so many mails from different adresses and did a bit chaos, but there were no Problems, the guys from bird cycleworks were very freindly an cool.
The bike arrived in Germany very fast and i had to do nearly nothing else.

Sorry for my bad english, ich hope everyone can understand, that i am in love with the bike and everything was fine :D

I needed a new dropper post after issues with the reverb. Some outstanding advice from Bird and ordered a dropper from their easy to use website.

Simple to fit and works.

Quick delivery of some frame hardware for my Bird Aerid

Great bike frame and geometry. Specially Customer Service was very good. Great communication

Fast delivery, good components. Also, my Aeris 145 I ordered a few years ago is amazing.

Frame arrived promptly and well packaged, really impressed with the workmanship that's went into making the frame, welds are impressive, bike built up with no issues.

Stunning bike, very simple selection and ordering process via their website, just give the guys a call if there is anything slightly different from the options list that you want to include. Bike was more than adequately protected in transit and was quick and easy to assemble and set up, would highly recommend Bird Bikes

Good communication through out, answered any questions I had quickly. Would happily order another bike from them. Service was excellent

They went out of their way to provide me with the set I wanted. Even to the point of a custom order. Excellent service and great value, British brand.
Looking forward to the lockdowns end so I can try the bike out on the local trails which are much more demanding than my local woods.

Fantastic service. Swift, easy and the bike frame is AWESOME!!

Outstanding communication and customer service.
Absolutely brilliant product. Exceeded expectations.

I haven't purchased a bike yet but I will be soon. The customer service has been nothing short of world class - in every respect. Ben has answered numerous emails, to what I consider silly questions and, every one of them has been detailed and written with thought and careful consideration. This is an extremely impressive set up and it is in my opinion one of the best, if not 'the best', bike companies in the UK. Keep up the wonderful customer service. I will be ordering in the next few days. Outstanding!!!!
