I've owned many bikes through the years, but the bike quality, ride quality and customer service received from Bird is the best I've ever had. I think the best bit is one single phone call will have you speaking to the bike designers, rather than some random customer service attendant. Top notch!

Customer service is the best, communication was easy via emails and after more than a dozen of emails I managed to buy a custom bike that suits my needs perfectly. The bike is superb. There is someone on end of phone to talk to which is important. Website is clunky. Bought mid covid so delays on delivery however some kit upgraded as apology. Bike came with small insignificant part missing. Most important thing I would recommend.

What an unbelievably wonderful company from start to finish and on and on... For starters, the people who run this business care. They take the time to make sure you have what you need, not what you want. Then they make sure it arrives at a convenient time for you and then appreciates feedback once you have ridden it!

The frames are very well designed, well made and exceptionally competitively priced. I like the fact that the larger bikes have a longer chain stay, to keep the geometry complete. It also pleases me that suspension does not come pre tuned, so you have to tweak it to get it right for you and involves you in the process.

It is a wonderful business model, you can pick whatever you want to go with your purchase. This means you don't have to shell out on a top spec bike to get the components you want, without having to pay for things that you believe to be unimportant. It also means that when new components come out, you don't have to wait for the next years model to come out before getting them.

Please keep doing what you are doing, standing by exemplary products that only change when necessary. Not to make a fast buck. This is a bicycle company for bike riders! Like asking your mate to build you a bike if he was a spanner monkey with mates rates for everything. Brilliant!

Superb service from Bird . Bike frame arrived 2 days after order and any questions answered via email very quickly. To top it off the AM145 is an absolute dream to ride. Perfect UK trail bike. Highly recommend this UK bike brand! Just need a short travel 29er from them to compliment the 145.

Just had my 2nd frame from Bird delivered in 4 days from ordering, which is even quicker than they said it would be. Brilliant range of bikes, looking forward to my 1st full suspension bike build. Prices are very good but its the customer service that sets these guys above others, nothing to much trouble.

Despite the current challenges with ordering online Bird were awesome, ordered my items in the morning and were dispatched same day and delivered the next day! As an added bonus one of the items was more than 60% cheaper than any of their competitors.
