God service, fast delivery

Always a pleasure to deal with. Second Bird bike and both times faultless service. The bikes are even better. Nice to get a giant slaying hooligan of a bike at direct sales prices AND uk backup if you need it.

If Carlsberg made bikes.......

Customer service was fantastic all the way through. even when there was a problem they were really helpful and went out of their way to get it sorted. would recommend without hesitation.

I am a previous customer having bought a Zero AM Boost two years ago.
For some stupid reason I thought it was a good idea to spec the bike with little rotors.
Forward to last week, and after a lot of reading up, I decided to take plunge and get some 200mm rotors.
Not being 100% sure if they would fit, I contacted Bird via email.
I had a reply the same day and an outline price for the rotors and the spacers. These were VERY competitively priced so i made the purchase.

I think i called on the Tuesday and the box of goodies landed on the Friday.

So helpful, swift communication returns and swift delivery.

Bought an Aeris 145 frame. Frame came within 3 days of ordering, and husband built my bike from parts taken from my Aeris 120. Rides great, excellent downhill. Can't wait till we are able to travel again as it would have seen Morzine later this year.
The guys at Bird respond quickly with parts you order. Overall excellent service.

Great service. Ordered new Mech Hanger on line and it was dispatched within hours - enabling me to get the bike up and running again quickly. Very friendly and helpful Bird crew!

With a vague motion of what I wanted and no technical skills, the team at Bird were happy to advise on correct components and choices available. A few emails and some info on me and we had a solution.
The components were fitted overnight and I had chance for chats and small demos. Brilliant, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service.

Booked a demo on an Aether7 at Swinley having previously popped in to see the guys at Eversley fo a chat.

The demo process was really easy and being able to thoroughly test a bike for a long-ish period over a variety of terrain was great.

The Aether7 is definitely on my new bike shortlist.

I purchased a Zero am 29 and it’s an amazing bike, I’d only have one complaint: going off a very small drop managed to de-thread the sram crank. The pedals were not cross threaded and the mishap was probably down to a faulty crank, but overall it’s a trail shredding machine and I would definitely recommend to others.
