C'est la deuxième fois que j'ai recours à Better me pour maigrir et la deuxième fois c'est pour le jeun. Et c'est vraiment efficace si on suit vraiment ce qu'il nous propose: la nourriture, les exercices qu'il faut faire. C'est dur au début car le corps et le mental doit être aussi préparé. Mais il faut s'y tenir car nous devons fixer notre but. Moi, je recommande chaudement.

Its a good way to stay active.
Its a good app its my 12th day in. The only issue i see with the caloric tracker is that im from canada and the bar code are not the same in us so i have to figure out by manually calculating the calories but its useful i cant alway followthe meal plan but i can find alternatives. The experience helped me rebuild. MY core witch was mosdefinitely needed. And it became a habit even when headaches starts knocking witch was cause by sedentary lifestyle. I just starded adding exercises in the morning when i wake up and finishing the day with the program of better me trying to follow the meal plan. For me i give it a 96/100 🔥👍🔥

Workouts were good and easy to fit into life. Be careful for auto renewal after the trial. I got caught out but they did refund me straight away. Didn't have to chase.
Lots of added extras so would have to spend a fortune having to get the most out of it.
