Very Understanding
I had signed up for one of the discounted trials that BetterMe had. I had forgot about it and received no reminder email that my subscription was still active. When the trial ended, my account was charged at full value. I had emailed the company to let them know the situation. They explained me their subscription policy and stated how I allow them to automatically withdraw if I don’t cancel. Although that was stated, they still gave me a refund because they valued my satisfaction with their services over money. The app is a great, I just had a lot happen in life after the trial started. After the empathy they displayed with me, I definitely plan to resubscribe in the future when I’m in more organized state of mind.

Bonjour. J’ai reçu 2 prélèvements de 79,98€, un en juillet 24, puis un en octobre 24. Plus l’essai initial a 23€ en avril 24. Ça me fait donc un total de 183€….
J’attends des excuses, un remboursement et un geste commercial.

But I must tell you that it is not very serious to set an automatic renewing of the subscription when people only want to get known with the application.19.6.

I’m very well pleased with the efficiency of the team in response to my enquiry.
I was wondering… ? I only went through the onboarding quiz & submitted my email address. Later, I received an email stating that my customised plan is ready, which came with a monthly cost!
I was quite taken aback and emailed to clarify. I just wanted to make sure that I’m not billed and there’s no account being activated as I have no intention to take up the plan as in the 1st place, I just followed the onboard quiz questions, thinking that it was just info needed to advise on chair yoga workout exercises.
Thank you very much team, for your kind efforts to look into my enquiry & responded efficiently, most of all, assured me that since I have not entered any payment details and never submitted any orders, then there should be no active subscriptions. What a relief!😅
