I have been doing business with this company for 7 years. One time they got an order wrong and IMMEDIATELY fixed it, no charge to me. My orders have been done perfectly and timely.

I've ordered a few times from here and something is always off - wrong paper, wrong size, unevenly printed, etc. The customer service is bad too. They're totally useless. I'm done with this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

Customer service is terrible. They are nice if you speak to them but they promise and then dont do what they say. Late late late... quality questionable-- our test order came with splotches all over it. They said they would redo and get it right out but we've been waiting for days and days. Good prices but we are abandoning to search for another printer even if a little higher priced but who will do what they say they do...these guys have just been an exercise in futility and I wish we hadnt wasted several weeks trying to work with them.

They thoroughly read the notes on how to print my orders. Also, I messaged them a day or two after placing an order because I forgot if I specified how I wanted the page to be flipped, and they messaged me back right away and were very friendly and helpful. Also, they ship quickly.

We got what we ordered. The colors were right and the work was excellent! Nice job.

I have used your service several times now, and each time has been a positive experience. On my last order you even called me after running a copy and asked me about the run-off on the page (which was perfectly fine). I would highly recommend your company!

After having had several excellent experiences I was very disappointed with the last one. Previously received order in 4 or 5 days. This time it took two weeks. I had tried to phone and got, once, voicemail, and the next time was told mailbox was full. Finally got a response from email that I sent. No explanations but was told order had been shipped.

This company has been great. Tried them three years ago because the local printer had pretty high prices and delivery times were erratic. I've given Best Value lots of jobs, big and small and never a problem. Saves me money, time and they must be using good equipment because quality has been consistently outstanding.

I initially chose Best Value Copy for their prices, but their real strength is their employees. They will go over and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. They have helped with lost boxes, mislabeled files, and rush deliveries. Marvelous experience.

The product was very good and the delivery time was very quick. I had no problems and will use Best Value Copy again.

The nonprofit I work with has been using Best Value Copy for several years to print various brochures, booklets, letters, invoices, and flyers. We've placed probably 20 orders with them and all but one were out the door within 24 hours (business days). The one time the order was late, it was due to a mistake in the file I sent. They were fixing it for me, and it took longer than 24 hours. This kind of customer service would have been a home run if they had let me know this instead of just letting the order get there late. I suggest they make it a policy to immediately contact the customer if they cannot get the order out within the 24 hours they advertise on their website. I still would recommend them without reservation though. When I send them perfect files, their system works flawlessly.

Our order was very delayed. When we tried to contact them to rectify the situation, they promised to overnight the materials we needed for our event. At 9:30pm we get a call that they think it's too much to pay overnight shipping, so they would be sending it 2 day mail. The materials arrived after our event and we wasted $700+ due to an error on their part. No management called us to apologize, no representative tried to make the situation right again. Would not recommend this company at all.

I always get what I want exactly how I want it. My orders are always on time and I get them at very good prices.

The team at Best Value Copy is knowledgable and helpful. Their printing is high quality & fast. Best service in NYC!
