This is my second time ordering, and I am very happy with both. The site was easy to use, and when I made a mistake on my request, someone contacted me to make sure my order was correct. I received my order a lot quicker than expected, and am thoroughly pleased with the quality!

Been a customer for years. It was always a pain to order since there is no "easy reorder" (you always have to upload the document you need copies of and run through all the specs (# of pages, binding, about 10 other things) for each of the items we need (operating manuals).

We order ever three to six months (about $600 per order). Tried to log-in this time (on 21/06/21) and the account is simply gone. Called an hour after they opened today (we're both EST) & got no answer (just a recording). Called at lunch and they have zero idea what happened to my account & recommended creating another account.

No thanks. Value means a good combo of prince & service. They have the price low enough, and essentially zero service. Gotta be somewhere easier than Best Value Copy to deal with, maybe even somewhere that has a website that I can just click "Reorder" ever time we need another $600 in manuals LOL

Needed to print a couple binders worth of school material for the upcoming school year and recieved quotes elsewhere significantly higher than what Best Value Copy had given. Not only were they less costly, but when I called to ask some questions they were very friendly and helpful.

I recieved my order today (faster than I expected). Everything came well packaged and well printed. I am very pleased with the quality and my overall experience and will be returning for more of my printing needs in the near future.

The print and paper choice are both impressive. With the shipping charges added it is still cheaper than the local copy service. The flyers look great. I'll keep using BVC from now on. I should have found them sooner.

I have been doing business with BVC for over 10 years and they have never dropped the ball. You will not find a more professional and cost effective printer anywhere. Believe me, I've tried.

Great service, and fast turn-around on orders. I placed my order on Monday and received everything by Friday of the same week.

After shopping around for the cheapest place to print my booklets, I came across this website. Best Value Copy exceeded my expectations with their stellar quality, fast shipping, and terrific customer service. I ordered 26 booklets from them and they even sent me one more then I had ordered. This is definitely the place that I go to now.

I ordered a spiral bound, full color printed book from Best Value Copy on 17 September. I'd never used them before but their price was the best I could find, a quarter of what FedEx wanted. The order arrived 23 September and it's perfect! Colors are great, paper quality is good, binding is excellent.

I ordered 3 manuals that I needed for my personal training and all of them had over 100 pages missing. They said they would refund, but no refund. I would have resent files, but they just dropped me and didn't respond to emails. Will never order from them again!

I've been using Best Value for a little over a year for workbooks I create. They have been great so far! Fast shipping and courteous when I call. I'll be ordering again very soon so I hope they are open. As a business owner myself, I place high value on a company that is easy to work with. I just place my order online and get the books a week later,,, clear across the country

After being a customer for several years with faulty service but at least they used to try. Now, I will NEVER order again! I ordered 2 day delivery to be expedited because I have had recent surgery so I paid $100 extra to receive 2nd day so I didn't have to go out to print for my business. Upon calling I am told I need to pay an additional $100 to receive by Friday- the actual 2nd day that I already paid for! They said my order will not be received until Monday -SIX days after placing the order even when I paid an additional $100 to receive my order 2nd day. My actual printing was only $100...they want 3X the amount to ship!! They are completely unreasonable as I already was willing to pay an additional $100 to receive 2nd day...paying $200 shipping to receive a $100 order is ludicrous. I ship overnight to my clients ALL the time. It cost me $40...they want $200 to ship 2 day...Thank goodness Amazon doesnt operate that way..I guess they could learn a thing or two from the most profitable company on the planet...customer service goes a long way and so does low cost shipping. No one in their right mind will pay $200 extra to ship $100 worth of printing and not receive it same day...not 2 days later...I was willing to pay $100 to receive 2nd day. Double my entire order cost and they argued with me on the phone that I need to pay an additional $100 to receive by Friday. I told them I had just had surgery and yet they haggle me to try to force me to pay an additional $100....who treats a customer that way?! If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely they do not care about customers at all. WORST customer service! WORSE rip off racket Ive ever heard of! $200 shipping for a $100 order... I had surgery and they literally could care less to ensure I actually received my order on time because I already paid additional $100 to expedite what was supposed to be FREE shipping for my order cost...instead it was a rip off racket! As a business owner, Im aware how simple the decision could have been made to just ensure my order was received 2nd day like I paid for but they instead tried to force me to pay even more in my compromised situation having just had surgery and not being able body to get to local print store to meet my timeline for receiving the items. WHO DOES THAT?!! Who charges $200 to expedite a small order LOL from NY to FL this is not international! $200 to ship "overnight" but still not receive for 2 days ... overnight is by tomorrow! 2nd day is 2 days from now...not whatever skewed version of time they try to infuse into the ripoff racket.

This is the sixth year I've used Best Value copy to print our annual non-profit's solicitation letter and I couldn't be happier with them. They have taken a job that I do alone and dreaded and made it into a far easier task.

Our annual letter has many photographs in it and a lot of content, so I use narrow margins in the layout. I have Best Value print it on both sides of one piece of 92# paper. The photos on Best Value's copies are crisp and vivid, far better than anything I get at the big box copy stores.

I also pay a little extra to have the letters tri-folded by Best Value which makes it so easy to just stuff the envelopes when they arrive.

I received my order in less than a week and for the excellent quality, convenience of having the letter already folded, and quick delivery, I pay about half of what I would pay locally just to have the letter copied!

I'm so pleased I'm going to sign this with my name.

This was the first time I was using the Best Value Copy. I decided to read some of the online reviews and tbh after reading some of them, I was uncertain whether to apply an order to their website. I am glad I chose to do it. It was an easy manual printing with finishing. I ordered my manual on Tuesday, and the emailed me shortly after because they was not sure if I actually did chose the right finishing and covers for my order. We resolved the problem by Wednesday and I got my manual on mail on Friday. Good quality of papers and colors, also much cheaper compared to other printing stores like staples or office depot. Highly recommended and I would definitely use their services again.

First time I've used Best Value Copy. Had a relatively small project...needed 40 color copies each of 3 different documents on 110 lb card stock. Submitted my order and pdf on Monday evening at 9:30 pm, selected economy ground shipping and my order arrived 4 days later Friday morning at 11:00 am. Great quality work, great timing and fantastic price. Definitely will use them again.

This is the most unprofessional company with the worst customer service of any company I have every worked with. They sent the wrong flyers on a very easy order. I send emails to customer services with no response for days. Finally they say they will be delivered. They were not delivered.They gave me another delivery date and they were not delivered. This five day order is going on three weeks now. I am losing money. I did not get them printed elsewhere to meet my deadline because they keep giving me dates and I keep hoping they will show up. They cannot meet the dates, they just keep lying to me. No shipping info. No tracking info. No nothing. Do not do business with this company ever.

I had a positive experience with Best Value Copy. I needed a somewhat rush order of a relatively straight forward printing job (no fancy binding or anything, just a lot of copies of a slide presentation, some on different colored paper, some with staples, etc.). They completed the print job very quickly, within about 24 hours, and shipped it out. They even contacted me to make sure I had submitted the right file, as one of my decks intentionally had a stretch of blank pages in it and they wanted to confirm that was right. Everything arrived as expected, and at about 1/3rd of the total cost had I gone to Staples or Kinkos. The only catch is that you have to deal with shipping; they shipped via UPS, which I had a few issues with, but that's not their fault. Just know that if you are on a tight deadline, the fact that you have to contend with a third party shipper may add undue anxiety. If you have no time pressures, though, then I have no reservations about recommending this company!

Ordered a big quantity of bookmarks, came not trimmed well.
Unresponsive customer service.
Requested to cancel an order one time because they took too long (a month) and was ignored and they sent it later anyway.
Sent me the wrong number of everything and when I communicated that with them they were unresponsive..
Just an unprofessional company!! Stay away and don't waste money and time!!!

I just paid Best Value Copy $70 dollars for 2nd day shipping, which I ordered in, what I thought was enough time to get my scripts by Sunday when I needed them. Not only were mu scripts not available when I needed them, they STILL aren't here. When I emailed them they told me they're was nothing they could do, sent me a screen shot of the page that "apparently" had the information on it that said orders aren't filled until the next day. So I have no accepts, I looked like an idiot to my actors, and I paid this excuse of a company $93.00 for NOTHING!!! This company can rot. All my actor/director/theater friends will know not to get copies here.
