Best Value Copy was great to work with. They checked my order and found a couple mistakes that I needed to correct before printing. This to me was above and beyond.

We used Best Value Copy to create custom scrapbooks for our varsity cheer team. The print quality was great and they were able to do a full bleed print for a much lower price than we could find locally. They printed them the same day or the day after we submitted them and shipped them out right away.

On the front page of the website, it states"3.2 cents B&W printing, 9.9 cents Color printing- No Setup Fees, No Minimum Orders, No Fixed Quantity, Fast Printing" There is no coupon code, asterisk or fine print for this price. However, when I tried to place an order, to have1 copy of three files (1,025 total pages), it was calculating a price of 24 cents per page. When I called, I was told there is a minimum though he refused to answer what the minimum is. He simply stated that when I create the order, the system will determine the price and basically that is it. I asked a few times about the fact that the ad states no minimum and no fixed quantity so how do I get the 9.9 cents pricing and was just given the same line about there is a minimum, again would not say what it is. It seems like deceptive advertising. I suggested the website be updated and he had no comment. Not at all customer service oriented.

I have dealt with Best Value Copy for several years on multiple projects. Best value not only has some of the lowest prices in the industry they also have the best service - even catching errors and fixing documents that I sent in for printing. I very rarely take the time for writing a review, but I am so very satisfied with Best Value that I just had to let the world know.

I used Best Value Copy in November 2024 to print 41 copies of 48 pages (1968 total pages) of lecture notes. I received the copies 10 days after placing the order. All of the copies were good. I will definitely use Best Value Copy in the future.

Ordered several items for my son's 9/14/24 wedding such as table number cards, seating cards, wedding programs, welcome sign, etc. I had questions regarding order specifics before placing the order and the customer service was outstanding. Best value online and wonderful quality. I was missing an item and it was send out immediately. Highly recommend...particularly after having a horrible experience with another online printer (UPrinting) for the invitations/reply cards who refused to correct their error.

I had an order of 40 pages - photos I wanted in color on premium paper, double sided, 18 copies. I had them in jpg format. The second page of the ordering process indicated I needed to have them in pdf format. I had to buy a subscription to Adobe (which I later cancelled) to get these done. Then they say I can only upload 1 file and they want it pdf compressed. The quality of the photos I wanted in color were severely compromised to the point that the project was horrible and not at all what I had in mind. Additional uploads will cost you. They will not accept more than 25 uploads (probably costing you as much as the whole color copy job as each additional one is upwards of $3). One upload. Small file. I called them and they send me a portal to upload my files as they knew they large. I got a message saying my files were received and all was good. Four days later I wanted to see what my estimated delivery would be. My order in on hold. They did not even telephone to let me know the order (2 large files - already breaking their rules) will not process. I called to discuss the hold on my order. They will not accept files of two quality pdf documents due to KB size because I would have more than one upload. They will NOT work to allow with me to upload the better quality pdf's if I have that many originals in any variation of KG file size. Great price but I spent two days of scanning, making a compressed pdf (obvious pixelation - horrible quality) and then good pdf only to learn four days later they had my order on hold. Find a local color copy facility and make your own where you can adjust your settings and get a result you can be proud of.

My order was exactly as expected. I had questions before I ordered and when I called customer service I had no wait to speak to someone who was friendly and helpful. Once I ordered (which was an easy process thanks to their easy to follow prompts on the website) my completed booklets arrived quickly and I was thrilled with the final product.

I ordered some copies from Cheaper Copies and never got them. I tried to call and they didn't answer - and they wouldn't return my emails. I then contacted Best Value Copy and placed my order - and I received the copies in several days. The copies were very good. I'm disputing my CCard charges with Cheaper Copies and in the future, I plan ot order from Best Value Copy.

I've used this company for years but my last two interactions had horrible customer service. First, as happened to others, they put my order on hold and didn't tell me, When I went to check on it they said it had a big blank space so they put it on hold. They could have just checked all the other times I ordered the same thing and never had a hold. Why hold the order this time? At least, send me an email and ask! Then, when the order arrived, it didn't print the same and was duplicating the text all over the page. They said it was because they use laser printers and I needed to use an injet printer...ummm - who uses one of those anymore?! I've never had that issue when ordering the exact same thing, and using the same laser printer, so why now? They are not taking any responsibility whatsoever. Really bad customer service.

I really liked Best Value Copy. They were cheap and professional. They called to check my order before printing. The final product looked awesome, and they sent it really fast, arriving in just 1-2 days. They also packed it nicely. It was a great experience, and I will use them again.

This was a lifesaver when I had to print and mail 1357 pages!!!! It was easy to work with them during printing. They were so fast and followed up after it got there to make sure everything was ok.

I really like how you can print a single copy of a large document with Best Value Copy. Not many sites offer that option. Had some print issues when I received my order in the mail. I contacted Best Value Copy customer service, and they professionally and promptly fixed the issue, and printed me another copy of my document. I appreciated the customer service.

I used this print service to print funeral programs. Great customer service, fast turnaround and shipping. They provide physical proofs and work with you to create good quality printing at great prices. I wish there was more of a selection of weightier paper stock.
