Speed of delivery
I had the option to use VistaPrint for my job since a friend had recommended them to me. However, I felt the need to shop around online and came across Best Value Copy. I decided to share my business with both Best Value Copy and VistaPrint. I did this to make a comparison between the two companies. Both jobs were placed on the same day. Can I say that Best Value Copy is way ahead of the game. Not only did I receive my item within 6 business days of its order, but I placed a second order and received that order and to date have not yet received my first order that was placed with VistaPrint. I must also say that I am pleased with the quality of my product. With such level of service Best Value Copy has won themselves a customer.

** UPDATE For 2025**
I am sad to say we will not be using Best Value Copies any longer. I'm not sure if they have new management or what is going on but they just lost this customer from 2010.
Reason - Upon uploading they do not proof your files completely. One file failed to upload complete and they sent to print. So where images were missing they did not question and sent the order anyway. I contacted them - sent pictures and asked for a reprint sine the file was damaged upon upload - they refused. They offered a 15% discount for a reprint. I'm ok to pay some but I did not get a proof of the file to run so I feel like they should own more than 15% of the fault. They obviously do not.
At least the communication was timely during the dispute.

It's, fine. I'll take our business elsewhere since you don't seem to care. Almost a 15 year customer and you just lost our business. Thanks for the good years?

You requested I reach out - I did and that is why we came here afterwards. It was made VERY clear nothing was to be done and your hands were washed of it.
The interaction via email was on 8-29-25 with Imran. The order was only $125 I made my dispute about the portal upload messing up as it has done before (the file I sent was fine however, it was damaged in the transfer which has happened with your service before). This was a new file so I could not order a reprint from a known good file.

I have been placing orders with this company since 2022, consistently duplicating my order for convenience during reordering.

It seems that the company identified an error in my original order from 2022, but they corrected it internally without informing me prior to my reorder.

I recently received my order, only to find that the cover color was incorrect. They explained that they had been addressing the issue with my order (the cover color), yet the last person who printed it overlooked the correction. They informed me that I would need to cover the shipping costs to return this large order to them, as they planned to disassemble the booklets and fix the covers.

This situation highlights not only an internal communication lapse but also the unfairness of asking me to pay for shipping while they reassemble the booklets. It's unprofessional, and it reflects the saying, "you get what you pay for."

We were so upset when Factory Five refused to send us the manual for our kit car, even though their website says the kit comes with a bound manual. I was in sticker shock when I looked into staples and office depot prices to print it myself from their PDF. Best value Copy was affordable and the quality is fantastic. We are very pleased!

This company is awesome. I am a new small business on a shoesting budget. I make my own designs to save money and they have always communicated mif there was a problem with my uploads or designs and hold my hand until the problem is resolved. They are quick to respond to my problems. Their work quality is excellent and they deliver my products fast. I will use them every time I need print products and recommend them highly.

My wife and I went into the departures store, we bought a perfume and she wanted to get another bottle of perfume, we reached the cash register, we bought a perfume for light and did not buy the second, and put the shortage of perfumes to the right of the cash register, she wanted to buy perfumes, we left in the direction and when the gate we walk forward a person with light hair from shopping comes with a woman who is very rude to us and accuses us because of the perfume that reduces the payment rate and we did not buy it, the way they treated us was very bad and could be very embarrassing and when we returned with her to the store to show them where the perfume was where we put it they did not apologize for the embarrassment they caused us and did not show any kind of tolerance or leniency in their obstacle and they were very rude and filed a lawsuit through the European participation in addition to this incident. This happened on 6/4/2025, Sunday around 3:30 pm and no one has been able to deal with this company

The quality of the work is outstanding. Packaging and delivery was excellent with very fast turnaround time. I was surprised to receive my fairly good-sized order in less than a week. Their site for placing orders is very user-friendly. The only issue I had was that I wanted the front of first page (the cover) in color and the rest is black & white writings, but I didn't see an option to do that (must choose "all color" or "all B&W" and choosing the first when everything but cover is B&W is a higher price). Maybe the option was there and I just missed it. However, the graphics on cover in B&W turned out fine for the purpose of my project. Also, Best Value Copy customer service is great! I emailed them a question about my project late one evening and had a reply early the following morning. One more thing; I did a lot of "shopping around" for copies of my project and Best Value Copy's prices appeared much lower than everyone else. Will definitely use them again.

Almost was going to place an order with them and when I entered my state and postal code, that's when I ended submitting an order. S&H prices are exorbitant.
