These guys are awesome. I always get my prints faster than anticipated. Customer service also reaches out to confirm specs when things seem wrong with the order. They've also been super helpful whenever I've had questions. 10/10, recommend!

Best price for copies of flyers, by far. The quality was excellent as was the speed with which they processed and shipped the order. They had one question on my order. The question showed that they cared that they got my order right. The reached out to me by email and I responded to the same email with clarifying comments to my order. Everything about the transaction was professional and what I hoped for in the company and their product. I will definitely use them again when I need to print flyers for events.

Apparently they had a system error and my PDFs hadn’t attached properly even though my confirmation email shows they had. They didn’t bother to tell me this so I could resend them until the day before I needed my order. This was after I had called the two days prior and was assured my order was being sent out and would be on time for my event. Completely ruined my event.

Best Value Copy IS the best value! I read about them in an online article about good alternatives to Fedex/Kinko's currently sky-high copying costs. I entrusted Best Value with a 55-sides bound booklet of narrative and many color photos that I needed 25 copies of. Within a week, I had those 25 PERFECT copies back in my hands in Minnesota, beautifully packed so that they arrived in immaculate condition. All at about 25% of the cost I'd have incurred at Kinko's! And I just had the same experience with my Christmas letter--perfect copies delivered within a few days, including some extras in case I needed them. And when, the morning after I'd submitted my order online and realized there was a major "oops!" at the bottom of one page, I was able to reach customer service, talk to a real person, and send a corrected PDF file to replace the one I'd sent the night before. I HIGHLY recommend Best Value Copy!

Best Value Copy is a smaller company as evident from their website, but their printing service is good value for smaller orders, the service is fast, and the quality is excellent.

Several months ago our small, rural church began using Best Value Copy for our newsletter. We've continued using them because the quality is good, we get them done less expensively than our local source, and we receive them on time.

I needed color 8.5"x11" copies for a product I sell. They got the color right, but the photos were so pixilated I could not use them. I contacted customer service and explained the problem, but they were unwilling to remedy or help. Had to reorder from a different printer and lost a lot of time....
